I just loved the beautiful setting and although there was a misunderstanding about being doggie friendly the hotel manger made a very kind offer and also an upgrade on our next stay which I hope will be in the not too distant future We could have had a nicer view.

Beautifully decorated throughout. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. More comfortable sofa type seating in bar area. A bit sterile. One barman was very scruffy in old jeans and dirty trainers.

Rooms were lovely , decor is really nice. Rooms need a mini fridge esp the penthouse if you’re paying extra. Food was average, dinner portions not that big, no mini fridge. Pool area needs to be re done

The room size was great. The food was delicious, all 3 courses. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The evening bar staff were great and make wonderful cocktails. Pool was smaller than expected, Steam room was very small

Staff excellent. Accommodation superb. At first I thought we were put into the wrong room so amazing was the room we've stayed in. Very clean and spacious. Food excellent. I wouldn't say I didn't like something. It's more like a tiny design details. Shower needs a proper door in the room we were staying in. The water was everywhere after we finished. The TV - I would put the big one in the upstairs area and the smaller one where the couch bed is. It was slightly too hot for me with only one fan but I know people who would love the attic room temperature without the fan. It didn't bother me. I have really enjoyed the stay.

A beautiful stay. Everything is well kept and maintained. Bedrooms were absolutely spotless. The lady on reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming, a beautiful soul inside and out. Rooms were really comfortable, fresh and clean. Felt like home away from home. I slept really well! We managed to snag a spot to park, but could see there were people struggling to find somewhere in the carpark as it was quite busy. There are places to park on the quiet road directly outside the hotel though!
