Its lower down than the station or town, with only a pizza place nearby for food (admittedly nice pizza though).

The silence It’s all fine

It’s good value and well located We had to ask for a room change because of a sewer smell in the bathroom which was strong enough it should have been noticed before our arrival. The staff were helpful and courteous in reacting.

Hotel was nice and clean and staff were very friendly and always available. Food was tasty and breakfast was also quite nice. Didn't use the pool but looked very refreshing with the surrounding gardens. For those that enjoy quietness the hotel is good. Although the food at restaurant was tasty, there was not a big variety for eg. fish is not available in the menu just sea bass ravioli. There is also very little to see at walking distance around the hotel so a car ou a bicycle is a must. As hotel is not new it was easy to hear noises specially from doors closing and people talking on corridors. Beds are comfortable but not the pillows - too high for my taste. The light blocking in the room from the window is also not good for those that like me like to sleep in complete darkness.

Breakfast was excellent, the pool and outside areas looked very welcoming and the staff were extremely nice. As a single female traveller I felt safe. The room and corridors are basic and looking tired but overall it was good value for money.

Quiet and clean room alongside downstairs area including breakfast area. Room was a bit small. Overall, hotel is nice however the 4-star rating by the French ministry of tourism is a far-fetched. Hotel is an honest 3-star in my opinion.
