Helpful hotel staff Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was good Good alternative instead of staying in Como city and the city is calm One should consider a compact car because the road to the hotel is narrow Parking place is narrow

It was very clean, and had great amenities

Location near Lake Como. Staff were very friendly & helpful when checking in. Rooms were clean & upper floors counters be reached by elevator. If I write anything negative the owner has a history of responding with the most hateful & horrible character assignations.

Just because I am a solo traveler, this doesn’t give you right to put me in a very small room. I booked single room but double bed and the receptionist told me there is no available room. Clearly, they could have managed the booking properly and I didn’t have to stay in a really really small room with single bed.

The breakfast was phenomenal and the location is perfect. It’s just a few minutes to walk down to the lake and the town center. The staff were the kindest and the rooms were clean. I loved opening the window in the little common room and listening to the surrounding church bells.

We stayed in a junior suite, so had a beautiful balcony and views over the rooftops, the lake and the pool. It’s was beautiful! Spotlessly clean with plenty of space. Great garden area with seating, sun loungers and pool. Was never too busy either. Our hosts were so lovely - very friendly and welcoming. Good continental breakfast too. And the location is great. Just a two minute leisurely walk from the lake and ferry stop up a small hill. Nothing strenuous at all. And plenty of places to eat, get a drink or a gelato in the area. Gravedona is very picturesque and chilled out. Was hoping to have dinner there, but the restaurant wasn’t open in the evenings during our stay. But we had plenty of options to choose from a short walk away.

Little gem of a little hotel! Great location and food was excellent! The lasagne was the best I eaten ? great air conditioning ? That reception closed at 7pm

The view from the bedroom window of the lake was lovely. We arrived to a full car park, staff smoking in front of the hotel, and were directed to a small parking space that was difficult to exit from the passenger (UK) side. The lift was outside of the building and very small. The junior suite was awful - the air conditioning would only work in one room at a time, so if you wanted it on in the lounge you had to turn it off in the bedroom - not ideal if one of you wanted to be in the other room! The air conditioning was rubbish, even in one room it was not powerful or cold enough. The beds were hard, only one pillow on each bed. The coffee machine in the room charged by the cup! The worst bit was the shower. It was a hydro massage one, and it sounded marvellous, but the door opening was tiny. When we opened the door of the shower we were overpowered with a musty, dirty drain smell and there was mould in the shower tray. We felt so disappointed with the room that we left a note for the owner saying we would not be staying and the reasons why, as she goes off site at 7pm, and as non- Italian speakers we felt uncomfortable trying to contact her by phone. A sad part of our otherwise lovely holiday!

Very nice hotel with private parking and a swimming pool in the courtyard. The host was very kind and explained everything. The room is tidy, there is a kettle and tea. Very close to the centre, so it's very convenient to walk along the lakeside and go for dinner Very poor Wi-Fi and loud air conditioning, making it difficult to get to sleep.

Location is great and the city itself is so amazing and quiet! The 3 ladies running the place is absolutely amazing and the nicest Italians you will ever come across. Definitely coming back! Nothing!

A nice little hotel with very nice staff, they really took good care of us. The breakfast was so nice. We left early, so we couldn’t get any breakfast, then they arranged with a “breakfast bag” that we got the night before.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast really good and 2 min away from the lake, 10 min walk from the next beach and it had a really nice little pool area. The wifi was quite bad, which is ok considering you go on holidays to slow down and take a break. A Bit disappointing that there was no drinks allowed at the pool.

Nice hotel with a great, calm location in Gravedona. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the kindness of the staff. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool was definitely a plus ! If we come back to Gravedona, we will stay there again ! Nothing

Quiet location in a nice smaller village on Lake Como. Great destination for day trips. Plenty of restaurant options walking or by car. Great pool. Adequate breakfast options. Bedoom could be slightly larger. Great bathrooms.

The property is situated 50m from the hub of Gravedona (A beautifully authentic town that’s not overly busy). With the property, the personnel are exceptional and we loved staying at the hotel. There are a number of nice restaurants in town and a great Gellato shop too. Breakfast is amazing! The pool is always beautiful! You have great parking. We unfortunately lost our key to one of our rooms, this was not an issue and their team assisted us through the process. Which we were grateful for. (Apologies again from our side) We’d stay there again in a heartbeat! Nothing

Extremely good experience with staff Beds, no pictures of the sofas and were very uncomfortable, suspect mine was damaged

Location was a short alleyway walk from the lake, but due to a language barrier, it was hard to find this out. Luckily we did because it would’ve been very dangerous to walk down the streets to the lake. We had booked a balcony room and we asked if we could come one day earlier which they agreed to, but they switched us to a room without a balcony. This was one of the reasons we had chosen this location. They also told us the price would be the same. That made no sense at all. This was very disappointing to us, but we enjoyed our stay anyway.
