Ski's Western Motel

The room was NOT at all what is described in Expedia. Not two rooms at all. Two double beds in one room. No working light/fan in bathroom. Outdated peeled/cracked sinks/other. Need to update the description because it is HIGHLY incorrect.

Not very organized at desk. Had already paid via Expedia but tried to charge me for room. Nice gentleman working there. Some permanent and questionable residents at motel.

Older,needing some repairs and updates. Said continental breakfast and there wasn't, no coffee, no tea, office locked and staff not present,toilet dripped all the time, bathroom floor was wet,no bath mat no hair dryer

The room stunk really bad. A employee (i believe the owner)came knocking on my door early the next morning telling me i need to pay when the money had already been taken off when i booked the place which i had to argue and prove that it had been payed. The heater in the room would not stop clicking loudly all night. I would never stay there again i would rather sleep in my vehicle

easy access to many things, we were on our motorcycle's so we wanted to walk to the restraints. The sign says free wifi and continental breakfast neither of which they have here.

The area had a lot of loiterers. the room stunk of weed despite being a no smoking room. bedding had cigarette burns in it. the room just felt dirty.

Nothing The room was very disgusting. When I checked the bed sheets they were still dirty. Then when I lifted up the sheets the bed was truly disgusting. It had hair, crumbs, and nasty stains all over the bed. I didn’t stay the night I got a refund.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked, lots of parking. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Lots of street noise, AC is definitely getting well used, it was noisy...

No wifi provided as stated. The office is closed most of the time.

The room was adequate for a one night stay. The receptio.ist was unhelpful in the extreme. He did not remaim in reception but guedts had to ring a bell each ti.e and the guy ambled out slowly. He clai Ed he could not find my booki ng. When he found it he claimed i had not prepaid (which i had) I had to pay an additional $2 in the end. Lots of yelling by receptionist (manager i believe). Poorly maintained property. Windows filthy snd cracked window pain.

Nothing I booked on line and paid for my room with a credit card. On arrival the desk clerk asked for an additional sum of money - two dollars. The clerk was from India and I couldn't understand him at all. The room had already been paid. it seems to me to be a scam. I won't be back ever. Second problem. I was booked into a "non-smoking" room. On entry I could see that the table next to the bed had many burn marks. Of course the desk clerk had left already. This place is a joke.

Motel by the road. Neither horrible neither interesting. Simply a old motel a bit run down with only a little fridge inside. Be careful! It Is written there is a breakfast but it is false ! IT IS DISHONEST !!!. Instead of putting a coffe machine in the room like other Motel, this motel put a filter coffe machine in the reception et you can take a cereal bar. It is not a breakfast ! And the reception open at 8 am. If you leave before, you won't be able to drink anything. In addition, the housekeeping is not realised. We found a fingernail on the carpet.

The manager made me pay more money in cash to check in. He said that the discount on booking dot com was not is price so I had to pay more money to get a room that I already paid for

That I could park my car right beside my room The owner charged me an extra dollar for some reason lol and that was just the beginning. The room that he sent me to had food splattered on the walls in two different corners, super ratty towels when luxuriously soft is advertised, Mold around the seal of the window that the mechanism to open it was broken on and then we come to the what appear to be "axe" marks in the door. Half a pot of cold coffee and a mini muffin was the Continental breakfast advertised across their billboard. When I asked the owner for a bottle of cleaner and a rag so I could clean the walls he chose to respond by parading around room to room searching for the cleaning staff that he had just got done having an argument with and freaking out that I had a dog when I clearly designated so on his sign in card that he thrust into my hands when I arrived while charging me that extradollar SMH! ? I offered him the opportunity to compensate me for the overall experience rather than writing this review however he adamantly refused sooo now you know....

My employees were denied a room after purchasing a room through Expedia were told there was no such reservation after being charged for it through Expedia
