The staff were friendly.

Perfect for stay while husband was in hospital And really appreciate the taller toilets in the rooms Only complaint was no fitted sheets on our bed. Spent the nights there fighting the sheets that kept getting tangled around my feet and the wrinkles that formed under my body

The bed was so comfortable!!

Really well kept quiet hotel, none of the bells or whistles (pool,spa,etc) but the room was very clean everything was in well maintained condition. Close to restaurants

Older property, well maintained, looked and smelled cleaned upon arrival. Right next to the hospital, felt safe. Our stay was extremely quiet and comfortable.

It was clean and quiet and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was average. The fitness centre consists of 4 old cardio machines in the windowless basement. The air conditioner didn’t work so honestly after getting in bed it too much of a hassle to report it to have someone coming in to look at it or move everything to another room. We slept with the window open.

Ok this property is what you pay for...the lobby is clean, staff was alright at the desk, she failed to give us the wifi password at check in, had to call down and ask for it. The wifi is very bad, slow and sometimes will not work?? The room itself was mostly clean, there was one peice of popcorn in the middle of the floor?? Not sure how it was missed?? The light switch in the bathroom was very dirty. There is ceiling tile above the shower and one peice was only half on, I fixed it and we went out for the day, left a do not disturb sign on the door. We came back and the ceiling tile I fixed was moved even more??? Very strange, we checked nothing was missing in the room. The bed mattress was ok, pillows a 1 out of 10 they actually sucked. The bathroom is tiny like you need to walk in and turn so you can shut the door. Lol, Breakfast was your normal eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and waffles. Overall like I said for value it was good enough for a few nights. Parking is good and we'll lit, would be nice if the front doors had buttons to push to open as when your hands are full with luggage its tough to open the doors to get in.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, breakfast was good, AC worked well on the hot days, staff were great, no complaints from us at all!

this tells you everything...there was a sign that said "Don't leave valuables in your car" The Riversage was nowhere near the river
