Not much Everything including the price of a 4 star hotel for the quality of a 1 star at best. Gym was a joke in the corner of a basement. Room was tiny and tv didn't work. Phone didn't work. Window looked into a wall 3 feet away.

The room was both stylish and spacious, offering a comfortable and modern look. The staff was friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. A majority of the staff did not speak English, which made the communication challenging at times. The hotel was also quite noisy; during the night loud music was coming from the street and noises from the floor hall disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, paying with a card was frustrating because their system always had some problems... Another inconvenience was the policy at the reception, where they would not exchange amounts of less than 1,000 euros, which was impractical for smaller currency needs.

Modern structure, rooms well furnished, very good restaurant, personnel attention and kindness, very convenient with Noida Technology park, taxi available with short waiting Tariff proposed by BK too high respect the usual area average

Room was clean and well refurbished, bathroom worked with plenty of hot water. Restaurant downstairs had very good food. Room keys had to be reset almost daily. Some background noise from airvac, but slept well in ane case.

1. Location- Located in a prominent part of Greater Noida, this is easily located on maps and is easy for you to find as well as your visitors. 2. Very comfortable rooms- the rooms were a good size with a very comfortable bed and pillows, desk for working. Additional chair for sitting and reading etc. The toilets are a good size and well made. Great shower! Sheets are pristine. 3. Service - very, very responsive! Special note: I have traveled a lot on work and several good hotels have made me feel unsafe as a single woman traveler. Either the lighting is dim, or the staff are not receptive and helpful, or for a variety of other reasons. I didn't feel that at all here and encourage women travellers to use this hotel if they have any work in Noida area. The staff are available at all times of the day and ready to help you with all your needs. Special mention: As I reached the hotel, Aman greeted me at the reception. He was very efficient with all my check in procedures. A day later, I fell very unwell with a stomach bug and reached the hotel in a bad state. He immediately asked me what I wanted and sent fresh lime soda and rice and curd (my requests) to my room at no charge! Post that he asked what medicines I'd like and immediately had those sent to my room. What is important to note is not the complimentary F&B but the way he responded to a solo traveler in need. That is what is most commendable and would make me come back here to stay on all my future trips. When a solo traveller is unwell, how the hotel responds is most important to me. Thank you, Aman!

I liked the most staff of the hotel. They were super friendly, attentive and welcoming. Especially the receptionist Vikash Tomash, who we thank a lot for giving us opportunity to attend the Indian Wedding. ?? He was supper helpful. There were minor issues regarding the variety of breakfast and general cleanness of bed sheets and towels, but that’s was ok and balanced why the staff and service of the hotel.
