There was only the south indian food in breakfast with no taste. My experience for breakfast wasn't good. The staff as well as the food also.

Nothing..... There was nothing to like about. This is my worst experience with Booking.com upon hotel confirmation email received from Booking.com, I traveled for almost 2 hours from Delhi (in hope that hotel booking is confirmed) and reached the hotel at 7.30 pm however, upon arrival the hotel refused to take my booking and on top of that, they told me this hotel is converted into a hostel and they don't know how the booking got confirmed. Even after many requests, they didn't let me in and in the late hours, I was on the road searching for accommodation in totally unknown place and eventually got a booking at a whooping rate for the same period of accommodation (03-10-2024 to 05-10-2024) for Rs. 18,837 I have lost my trust in Booking.com and their process of onboarding such hotels on their platform.

This hotal is fraud. Booking.com did negligence for its due diligence. Manager said property is transferred you can't stay and payment link was send from hotal. I have all the payment details and I have registered complaint under consumer court for booking.com negligence due diligence.

You cheated with our booking we can’t get any room they refused to give 4 rooms which was already booked police came their to help us in your cheating procedure We have to book another hotel by giving more amount and we suffered very badly their due to your cheating procedure

only location the rooms and bathroom could have been more clean. fooding service should be available. rooms were full of mosquitoes and some of the equipments were not working like lights and fans. services should be upgraded.
