Clarion Pointe Greensboro Airport

The location was easy to find. Breakfast was good & check-in was easy. Stayed for 5 nights & couldn't use the pool, traveling with kids you need a pool.... While on the elevator we noticed it looked like it was being drained. Got back to the room, called the front desk to ask about it. The guy says yes we have to drain it & refill it. I ask how long will this take? He says he's not sure. I ask hrs? days? Wks? He says probably a wk or so... I say so you didn't think it was important to inform your guess of this? That's one of your amities & when I book somewhere I expect the amities I booked, especially with kids. He tells me No only if the guest ask then we'll tell them! That is completely unacceptable & just flat out rude! There was no sister hotel or discount offered. Unbelievable!

Good location. I had stayed here previously and everything was great. Unfortunately that was not my experience this time. However, I will say the manager Maria went above and beyond to correct an issue. However, after she left a staff member attempted to undermine her. Staff misinformed me about their pet policy prior to my arrival then attempted to charge me an additional $75 per night fee for a three night stay. Our room had rust on furniture, humid room, damaged tub and the beds were very uncomfortable, so much so that we left a day early. As well as a staff member attempted to question my child about my pet instead of speaking with me. Then was nonchalant once I told her the matter had been resolved prior to her shift and she should've spoken to me not a child. Overall the experience was bad and we decide to leave due to the discomfort of the room and the rudeness or the older Asian lady staff member. Per staff though the room was not up to par and we left early due to this they would not adjust the cost. This is bad business and I would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast lay out was good and the staff were friendly. The night person on staff not too helpful but maybe just tired. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Needs a thorough cleaning and updated facilities.

Brilliant breakfast honestly for the price of your stay. Very clean room and the bed slept amazing. No real noise issued with noise of the planes flying over either. I'll definitely book again next time because the value for the price is just phenomenal. Only the pool wasn't very attractive to make use of due to how small it was and it didn't look very clean either. Also our TV didnt have a working remote and despite asking about it a few times they never came to fix it during our stay. But we could plug in our switch and laptop just fine so we worked around it.

Staff had a messed up attitude..hotel was nasty smelled like sewer! Took my security deposit because I had my dog with me. Which was a pet friendly hotel! I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE A RESERVATION HERE EVER AGAIN!

Nothing How I got lied to multiple times and never got a crib

We were unable to use the TV control, room phone didn't work, called the front desk from cell phone because we were exhausted, Lady was pleasant but couldn't help. No shower soap etc.. we older/ not technical
