Extended Stay America Suites Greensboro Airport

The room was terrible, it smelled the tub was rusty and not clean, the linoleum was ungkued around the tub and when I asked to he moved, there were no other rooms available and my refund request was denied by the night manager.the next morning the water sound that I heard all night was not the AC draining, it was leak into the room. After that complaint the manager on duty apologized that no one investigated the complaints form the previous evening and refunded my money.

The smell

The 4th floor has the most horrible smell and to continually smell whatever it is is sickening to the stomach literally have your mouth watering wanting to vomit

Tour first before booking make sure to ride the elevators and definitely go to level 4 it stinks bad bad

The smell is horrible the pictures look nothing like the inside and there’s no hot breakfast hot water for instant grits and oatmeal and muffins

Springs literally poking you while your sleeping time to get rid of those mattresses

The carpet clearly has a odor

Its a nicer hotel that I imagined. The staff is very friendly I would definitely recommend this place to others that come to aruba.

Location was ok staff was friendly Room smelled like mold/mildew and stale cigarettes

There was no fan in the bathroom, it smelled very dirty, and the odor spread everywhere. The carpet was very dirty with no cleaning, and the small bed was uncomfortable. There was only a tiny bottle of shampoo for two people. You have to ask for all the items they say you will have, and you will have to wait in a long line with unfriendly staff. There is a smell of smoke and cigarettes everywhere.

Old and out dated. Homeless people on bench in front. Room Smelled like weed. I want a refund

One thing was they didn't have any cookware for us,not much channels on the TV to look at, not a enough pillows on bed.

The location. The rooms were dark and low lighting, it smelled just like an ashtray, for it to be a NO smoking hotel, incense were in the window with ashes still in the windowsill. The phone did not work in the new room. I did change to another room. When I arrived there was some young adults outside smoking a blunt, Cush, weed or what ever it’s bing called, the hotel was nothing like the photos online.Some of the staff was not as welcoming.

This place has everything you need if you’re traveling for work. The staff is what really makes this place shine. Is it older and needs to be updated, yes it does. Pet friendly. They have a pool but it was closed the entire time we stayed. WiFi sucks so plan on upgrading.

Didn't notice till the next morning when the bathroom door was closed there was a pink towel hanging on the back of the door. I kept my socks on walking on the floor and the floors were covered with pet hair. The room itself is spacious just needs a thorough cleaning

That it’s pet friendly The breakfast it should of been better than what it was I would recommend a better breakfast

Staff was amazing Breakfast could have been better but there's a stove in the room, could cook it myself.
