Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greensboro, NC

They gave my room away to someone else under my name then put me in a cheaper room when I paid for the more expensive room. Expedia called and couldnt get a refund so i could stay somewhere diffrent (they did give me a $30 credit, but definitely not worth what i paid) The only country inn and suites that I've been to that doesn't have a normal hot breakfast. It was pretty bleak for breakfast.

The breakfast is only pancakes and bagels. No protein. The pool is covered and not in use. Chipped paint and dirty windows. The maids only replace 2 set of towels, not 4 sets and they do not make the bed. Overall needs updating and a nice breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

breakfast was average and the cleanliness was average The room that we reserved was not available. We had booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll in shower with safety grab bars. We were given a 1 king bed room with a step in shower and no safety grab bars. the 2nd day after complaining, they moved us to the correct room after we wasted most of the day waiting to move. the room was finally available after 2:30 pm. We were told that an adjustment in our rate would be handled at checkout, but the desk clerk knew nothing about this.

Staff was very helpful and you could tell they put effort into making the lobby clean and welcoming. The room was not impressive. The couch had stains on it, so we didn't feel we could sit on it without putting down a towel. The bathroom door scraped the floor when it opened, so it wasn't easy to use.

This was an overnight stay on the way to my destination. The hotel is clearly a work in progress, but the staff was very nice, and I really cannot complain. There was no microwave in our room, and the front desk said we were welcome to come down and use the microwave in the breakfast area, which, again, was fine for one night. Our shower was missing the shelves and had holes where the old ones had been ripped out. It was not pretty but functional.

We liked everything about this location. Friendly and courteous staff, Cleanliness and comfort was a 10. Definitely would stay again

I woke up with six bites that looked like insects bites and were very itchy. I called the front desk, but they did nothing. I waited for an hour and then walked down to talk to them. I was shock!! and so confused by their answer. This is not how a manager should respond. When a guest calls, a manager needs to take action right away by showing up at the room to see what is going on, bringing the cream, or doing something to help. You don't just do nothing and say there is nothing he can do! (Very unprofessional) Due to the lack of hygiene and poor customer service, I am requesting a full refund for my stay but the manager refused to help. Instead of offering a real solution, he just handed me a used, old, and half-empty tube of cream. It was incredibly insulting and unprofessional.
