DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro Airport

1) I was not provided the room that I requested. 2) The shower gel/soap was empty, which I discovered while I was in the shower. 3) The bathroom wall was not clean

The walls are so thin people next door are having conversations and you can hear everything they say as if there in your room

Rooms very clean and updated. Bathrooms nice. Staff very nice and attentive. Only thing is I wish they provided complimentary coffee in lobby vs a charge for machine espresso. Lobby coffee from a commercial brewer is better than room coffee.

Staff was nice but hotel was not kept up. Thin walls and overall did not feel safe.

It was a nice hotel. The only issue was the elevator did not work at one point. Also the shower door would not close all the way and the handle on the sink was broken.

Morning Staff was helpful. We had a problem with our room for 2 days & then it was fixed by the manager. Night staff were not so friendly and helpful. Needs a better selection for breaksfast since you have to pay for it. Laundry amenities were out of service which cause us to go to a local shady laundromat. Other than day it was a great stay.

The outside of the property is well kept but the inside looks a little run down. The hook to hang towels was broken. There was no towel holder for hand towels. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful and we did take advantage of the airport shuttle.

Always a pleasure

The staff were super helpful and nice (specially the two ladies at the front when we checked in and the girl that asked us if we needed to change the towels). I would definitely love to stay there again if i come back to North Carolina. So far the best staff from any hotels I’ve visited. Thank you. Keep it up you girls have an amazing team(specially the girls are the nicest and most attentive).

There was a light fixture hanging off the wall in the bathroom… the shower, structured in such a way that you have to turn it on while you’re in the shower so you get blasted with cold water before you get it to the temperature you want it… TERRIBLE design!!! and the toilet is so shallow that my husband’s man bits were hanging in the water…. Overall, I must say we were not impressed!!!

Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and helpful staff.

One ice machine working and that was all the way on the first floor. It was 90+ and the pool was out of order. Front desk staff was very helpful.

I thought the breakfast would’ve been a free buffet but it was menu and expensive.
