Great stay
-
One weird thing was that the bathroom didn't have any hooks at all. No place to hang your clothes or a toiletry bag. Even the towels were folded on a shelf under the sink. You have to either put a towel on the floor by the shower or walk over to the sink when getting out of the shower. Parking and check-in were both easy.

Great place to stay

it’s your choice to stay here but marijuana smoke on multiple floors! Very strong. Loud noise in the middle of the night. Breakfast not up to par.
-
Breakfast was good just the standard options. There was some loud cars and people in the parking lot after midnight. The one thing that made me sad is we left our son’s favorite toy behind and when we called they said they didn’t find it.

We did not eat breakfast. The room did not smell fresh.

Poorly maintained; Disinterested staff; Poor customer service; Atrocious breakfast
-
I work in Greensboro often and will not stay here again, nor recommend anybody stay there.
-
What I did not appreciate was the online booking prices were nearly 50% higher than the prices that I saw after I checked in. If I was behind the front desk I would have let myself know before I checked in.

The breakfast was delicious. Nice variety of choices.

Easy check in at hotel desk. Clerk was courteous! There was no hotel phone in room, no "do not disturb" sign in room to place on outside room door, no laundry bag to place clothing, and no pen and pad in room. Above all, noise level was very high in room above me from late check-in guests. I repeatedly call hotel clerk (from my personal phone) to address the issue, but noise level continued until about 3:00 AM.

Friendly

The room was clean. Was a bit confused during check in as I did not realize the person sitting in the lobby was the person working the front desk, they were friendly though. Beds were clean and was good for the one night stay.

The person working the front desk was not friendly or welcoming, there were only enough towels for 2 despite our reservation being for 4 people. The hotel was not very clean: will not stay again when we are in the area.
