It was convenient for where I needed to be. The a/c in the room was extremely loud, there was some time of banging in the walls, possibly the pipes. The toilet in my room was not secure and moved. There was a lot of noise in the hallways and slamming doors at 6am.

Location It was not clean in bathrooms; they didn't have enough clean towels; beds were not comfortable; night staff on Saturday night and Sunday morning was not friendly and accommodating. I was overcharged $100 and I can't get answers on why. We left at 7am Sunday morning. Bad experience..won't stay there again

The price, the location, early check-in, and the beds. They should be arrested for falsely advertising 'breakfast is included'. Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, plain bagels, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, coffee & juice. I went out to Cracker Barrel rather than endure the carb fest they offered. The fire alarm went off due to the dryers over heating. I can excuse this as an accident as long as it isn't consistent. The shower took its time heating up. It reminded me of dial-up internet service where we'd log into the computer and then leave it to boot up and come back after it was complete. It was good once it heat up though (~2min.). One entrance/exit door was only good for exiting due to past issues on that side of the building.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, friendly, good breakfast. The room smelled amazing, clean, fresh.. . Second time staying on our way to Surfside Beach, SC . Only small negative is the parking, a little inconvenient and congested. But a good place to stay..
