Staybridge Suites Greenville I-85 Woodruff Road by IHG

The room was beautiful!! Very spa like.

1) The hotel is located in a quiet location, not far from GE Greenville factory (about a 10-minute drive) and plenty of food choices. 2) There is a door partition separating the bedroom from the living room/ kitchen, which is good for added privacy and quietness. 3) Coffee is always available 24/7 and breakfast juice is available in the morning. Great staff and friendly people. 4) Complimentary self-service laundry is always appreciated, especially on business trip and the detergent can be purchased from the Front Desk. The air conditioner compressor needs to be relocated from the room to the outside, as it makes a lot of noise, and it is difficult to fall asleep with so much noise. The air conditioner can be switched off but in Summer the room temperature gets warm quite quickly without air conditioning.

We had a last minute check in for a power outage at our residence. The team was most accommodating to our needs. Both at check in, and at check out. The guests were interesting and cordial as well!! For the short time allowed it was a perfect stay!!

The site itself was amazingly clean, the room was in great shape and very well taken care of. Daily cleanings assured we had everything we needed and that the room was in excellent shape for us.

We picked the hotel because it is pet friendly and has two bedroom suites. We travelled with mom and our pup. Everything worked out great. Excellent location, walkable area. Very friendly staff.

Room was very clean & front desk staff was courteous, polite and very helpful.

The parking spots in the front were covered in a sheet of ice, not a safe space for people to be loading and unloading vehicles.
