rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days....

We already have 70 rooms checked out and there is 30 more to go. By that logic there shouldnt be a problem because the cleaners have plenty of rooms to work on. We had 6 rooms. They also would not let us check
-
Clean rooms, right of I-25 in a great area as well, very friendly and helpful staff as well!

We didn’t get a breakfast menu to order breakfast on our 2nd night. 😟
-
Excellent property. Nice and clean rooms.
-
$17 per day to park is excessive. Especially when they don't tell you. The person at desk admitted that they don't forewarn you also

The room was perfect and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The amenities were so nice to have after a long day and I appreciated the little snacks that we could purchase
-
Standard DoubleTree experience. Good enough hotel. $17 parking was unexpected and undesirable - you pay first without any indication of price and the front desk tells you later how much it costs.

Super helpful staff! I was completely worn out after driving, it was around midnight and everything went so smooth at check in! I had my wife and 2 children with me and the smooth check in was such a relief. Everything was clean, the breakfast was AMAZING! (Be sure to add breakfast when you book if it’s not included—It’s totally worth it!) Check out was super quick! Beautiful hotel! We didn’t have time to check out the pool or anything else sadly because we had to get on the road! 110% Recommend!

One of my rooms was humid like the ac wasn’t working right

It was pretty clean and spacious, the staff was nice, and the pools were fun. But the elevator next to our room was broken - and without signage - for the duration of our stay, which was not disclosed to us at check-in. Also, our sliding door to the patio was broken, letting in all the sounds from outside. And the toilet was broken, so we kept having to take the top off the fix it so it would flush. Our family had a great time in the area, but we were disappointed with the broken items.

The property was showing its age. Maintenance details weren't up to standard. Room smelled of staleness or past smoking. Floor layout was bizarre (walk up to 3rd floor elevator from first floor, then take elevator down to second floor). Hotel charged $17 per night for parking, but disclaimed any parking lot security!

Hotel is clean. Pool was nice. Just bs that you have to pay to park when you are a guest. So add another $18 to your stay. Also no breakfast . For the amount it cost to stay at a Hilton this basic stuff should be included.

I tried to go to the bar but it took a while to ask for a menu and when I was ready to order there wasn't anybody available to take it. The next morning I got an omelette from the restaurant and it was overcooked. Also there was a Catholic convention in town so just also keep in mind that it might be packed with boomers who hate the phrase "excuse me."

Second time staying here. Great price on a deal thru Expedia and the property is amazing. Love the 2 pools. One inside and one outside. Have a bar and restaurant on property and a coffee shop. Will stay here again

I was traveling for business but brought the family along. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools, and the onsite dining option was nice. It is conveniently located in the tech center and close to the interstate. My only criticism is, do they really need to charge for parking on their surface lot?
