Good place to stay in business trip.

The check in staff was good. Our room smelled odd after entering. The toilet wouldn’t flush. When my husband went to front desk he was handed a plunger and gloves! That didn’t work so after going back to the front desk we were given another room and told that someone flushed a rubber duck. In the new room that was right next to the dinging elevator when I went to use plastic cup for water it had used toothbrush head in it! We will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again!

Was clean and in good shape. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good and well put together Hot tub had bugs in it. Room 315 tub took a very long time to drain. The pull out bed was not in good shape, very sunk down.

We love this location as is easy to get to and close to our family. We always stay here when we go to Omaha. The staff is so friendly, clean room and good breakfast. We will stay again when in Omaha!

The facility was clean and well located The bathroom fan was on all the time and it had a high pitch that was so annoying… we tried closing the door tightly but even my husband who is hard of hearing was bothered by it! There was no way to turn it off!

Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade.
