Clean room and polite staff

Clean, quiet room...

Kind of sketchy area

Buffet breakfast consisted of yogurt and muffins.

Good location and quick access to the interstate.

Location Shower was filthy. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was unappealing

Dirty, unsanitary, and unsafe Dirty old and didn’t look like the pictures

Ac wasn’t working properly due to extreme weather was moved to another room great customer service

Everything was fine.

It also looks like the manager might have family staying there, and they are smokers. The food was awful, the milk and yourget was in a refrigerator that was not cold, and there was a lot of standing water in the refrigerator. There was hair on the juice spouts. It was a very disappointing stay. No pool, it was filled with boxes as a storage unit. It was disgusting and the most awful place I have ever stayed. I do have a few pictures.

The room was clean. We would stay again.

Fine for the cost. Bed was comfortable, and staff was helpful and pleasant. Couple things in our room needed attention, but nothing that affected our stay.

I have stayed at a Baymont in Tyler TX some years ago and was well pleased. I figured that this Baymont would be nice as well. I was wrong. The whole place felt really outdated and unclean. I had booked my stay through Expedia for 16 days. I could only stand 6 days. I arrived Sunday night and checked out the following Friday morning. To add insult to injury, Wyndham, Baymont's parent, would not refund the rest of the booking. Expedia exhausted all efforts to try and work something out to no avail. I was charged for the entire stay. I was no longer at the Baymont. I have never had anything like this happen before. Wyndham never reached out to me in any capacity. Very disappointed to say the least.

Safety and quiet. Good for a big family.

Mostly clean room, staff was super nice. Good price for the stay.

The room was fine though the shower wasn’t great. Breakfast was horrible. Lousy coffee. How about individual milk cartons instead of a hundred people using the same gallon jug.

Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. The tile floor had a prescription pill on it. There was a pen on the carpet. The refrigerator worked but the small freezer portion was a block of ice. I needed to go to the front desk for a box of tissues. Breakfast was below average. The worst thing was that the toilet didn't flush. We had stayed there 5 days prior. We lost a cell phone in the lobby area. No one could find it. As we were checking out I noticed the phone under a chair in the sitting area. The carpet in that area must not ever get vacuumed. I told the desk person about the issues and all I got was a thank you for bringing the issues to their attention. This is an old Econolodge. They don't deserve be a Baymont Suites. I do not recommend this hotel.

There was no soap by the sink, no place to get water, and there were stains on the upholstery. This stay was definitely not worth what we paid for it.

Breakfast is continental, parking is a little tight

Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money.
