My only complaint is at check in I always declare that I am traveling with a service dog, whether I have her on lead next to me or not. Some places ask for identification and some don’t, but to be clear…ADA law states no identification is required nor are they technically allowed to ask for this. I do not carry a fake identification tag or ‘papers’ my dog is fully task trained. The only two questions they can ask are ‘is it a service animal/required for a disability’ and ‘what tasks is it trained to perform’. He actually argued with me demanding to see her nonexistent service ID tag and I ended up paying the pet fee to end the interaction. It was only $10, I’m not fussing about that and I know people abuse the system with ‘service dogs’ so I understand the pushback, but it’s frustrating. I just needed a place to sleep for the night so it wasn’t worth fighting. This is a very common occurrence while I travel and not a specific issue with this hotel. People are often ignorant of the laws surrounding assistance animals, which is unfortunate. Overall a great place to stop for a clean, cheap room to shower and sleep, but if you’re a handler, be prepared.

For the price it was good. Clean could up date beds.

The room was what we paid for, inexpensive was the goal. The room was over all acceptable but there was dried blood on the comforter.

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. You can tell many people live here for exteneded stays. Google said this motel provides breakfast, it does not. Our room was clean, matress very soft, pillows flat. Hair dryer cord was cut, no iron, iron board no cover. This motel should be more in the $55 range.

We had booked this last minute as we were traveling. Upon arrival, the hotel charged us a higher amount than we had on the reservation. I usually pre-pay, but for some reason I didn't on this reservation, and then the price changed. The clerk was not the friendliest. There was a breakfast room, but nothing was available as we were told. Room was fine, but needed some maintenance.

the layout of room, the tub and shower even though the diverter still blasts water out the spout.good people that run the joint. the price is a touch out of range,no cable channels, beds are firm.

My room was dated but clean and comfortable. The staff met my needs quickly. The AC worked like a dream. Having Cracker Barrel just next door was truly a blessing. My truck was at the dealer for 4 days and I have no personal vehicle in this area. Cracker Barrel took care of my food needs very nicely.

Everything about the room being comfortable and good for sleeping was as good as it gets anywhere. This management knows where to put there efforts and resources. A little odd checking in and getting in to talk to any staff. Must use a phone in foyer to call and get door unlocked for someone to come up front. Again, the important thing is the room and reasonable cost so this is very tolerable.

Didn’t stay long enough to use any amenities. Shows pictures of breakfast on website but there is no breakfast, plenty of close places to eat though. Fridge and microwave were nice to have but didn’t use them. Air conditioning worked great. Low interstate noise. Staff was friendly.
