Inn Naples Airport

Very nice staff and great location!

Very poor WiFi connectivity in the rooms.

We liked that it was within walking distance from the Naples Support Site and that the bar and restaurant were open each night. Breakfast was nice and room was spacious. Nothing

Breakfast was good There was no “Do not disturb “ sign The queen was OBVIOUSLY two singles pushed together with a hard line/crack down the middle (DO BETTER) Dinner was not served on time. We had people knocking on our 5 times in the course of two hours THE AC DIDNT WORK

Nothing Everything, from the cold breakfast every morning to no AC in the room

Breakfast and location Weak WIFI

Beds are a little hard, but O. K. Our room was not cleaned every day. Food is limited except for free breakfast, but other reasonable restaurants are nearby. Rooms are plain, had to change rooms to get one where the air conditioning worked.

Great location and friendly helpful staff

The breakfast selection was good and the lobby area was okay. The room are not maintained well. The bidet didn't work it was definitely not worth the money to stay there. The restaurant had a very limited selection of food. For it to be a Marriott hotel it did not meet the standards. Marriott needs to come through and re-inspect the place and fire all the management. Or take their name off of it.

The bathroom had some hairs in sink and tub. Easily rinsed away, but sort of off putting at first.

The room was spacious. The place was quiet. No slippers in the room. The room was cold. It could be more Clean.

Clean, spacious, good restaurant and excellent breakfast included need a cold water drinking fountain downstairs, more help with trip plans at front desk - didn’t know they had transport to the airport

Location was great and breakfast was good. The beds and pillows. They were the worst beds I have ever slept on. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. For a king size bed, the pillows were tiny and very hard.

It was new-ish and nicely kept. The distance from the airport was totally misrepresented, the bed was hard as a rock, the bar was not even staffed until we asked at the reception desk. There were obvious shortcuts taken in even the smallest things.

Dog friendly, but be careful when walking pets around the buildings. When I was walking my dog, we saw a long, side winding, dark colored snake in the grass by the guard shack. Luckily, I was paying attention and was able to quickly turn away. It would be nice to have a garbage can outside to dump the dog's waste. The beds are too firm for our taste. Needed more pillows. The AC didn't get really cold. The pool is nice, but there aren't any steps or hand rail to get in and out easily.

Proximity to Naval base. The pool is very nice. We will stay again! The beds are very hard.
