Oh, one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is hard to get there without a car,but if you have a car, it is about 6 minutes from the beach and the location is amazing. You can see beautiful views out of the room and the garden. It is so much worth it. Like I said to my husband, this is the place with the heart of Italy. Olive trees, greens and hills. So beautiful. The hosts are such nice people. Thanks to them for helping us to get to there place. The pies on the breakfast were magnificent. Each one of them made me want some more :) Nothing

Very clean, beautiful garden with chairs, tables, sunbeds, umbrellas and a great view. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with lots of different home made cakes. Everything was good.

The b&b is on the hill overlooking the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean, breakfast included homemade cakes. The garden is well-kept and a perfect place to relax.

The location is on a hill, overlooking both Grottamare and San Benedetto di Tronco, offering a fantastic panorama. The private car-park, the bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Communication with the host was great and the breakfast was the best, so many choices of homemade cakes, and fruit juice prepared by the owner. Great value for money!

What's not to like? This place is amazing. Location away from the busy area but still 5 minutes away from the centre, facilities are stunning. Best we ever been in our trip. Host is chatty and friendly. I didn't lower the score because I could tell the owner really tried to fix this on time but our room had a very noisy AC. We ended up not using it which made our sleep quite uncomfortable. She explained what happened so I won't punish her score but flagging this for future guests.
