Comfort Suites Grove City - Columbus South

The stay was okay but would have been nicer if there was room darkening shade or curtain and hair dryer in our room. Could have had some fruit at breakfast also.

Helpful friendly staff

The wifi didn't work due to earlier power outage. We didn't have wifi on 4th floor, however first floor had wifi. I thought the router was off due to earlier power outage, so I went to the front desk to ask for help. The staff just told he could not help me because he could do nothing. We stayed there without wifi.

Staff were very helpful very polite, BUT we had no power a majority of our stay due to weather.

Amable. El cuarto estaba limpio. El súper desayuno estuvo espectacular. Lo que no me gustó fue que el servicio de electricidad se fue por unas 3 horas y media ya que hiso viento fuerte y llovió y no tenían planta para resolver ese problema en ese momento.

Room was super clean and comfortable. Front Desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint that I have is the carpet on the 4th floor is tore at the seams. Needs replacement.

Disappointing

What makes this situation even more concerning is how the theft happened. Honestly, it has left me questioning whether someone connected to the hotel may have been involved. I’m not accusing anyone without proof, but there are circumstances surrounding this incident that make me very uncomfortable. A generator is not a small or inexpensive item, and this was a major loss for us. I expect the hotel to take this seriously, preserve and provide the camera footage to the authorities, and fully cooperate with the investigation. I would strongly recommend that anyone staying here keep a very close eye on their belongings and equipment. Our experience has definitely changed the way I look at staying at this hotel.

Breakfast is decent

No internet connection. We stayed 3 nights and the AC was never working properly. It never got repaired and they would not move us.
