Wish there were microwaves in the rooms

The staff was extremely friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean other than finding a hair in the shower. The breakfast wasn't what we were told. It would be the biscuits to make a sandwich were hard as rocks. You couldn't even bite into them

House keeping was horrible. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Even when they came in they only made the bed and took out the trash. Never refilled the shampoo/soap and didn’t leave enough towels. The floor was sticky in spots. Room was on ok shape. The blind was broken and stuck down the entire time. The room has little lighting and was dark. Very disappointing.

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful, from the check-in to the breakfast staff. The facilities were immaculate and traveling alone I felt safe.

I just wanted the blinds in my room fixed due to bright light shining in, from the roof top. The staff member and manager claimed that I refused the service but told me I could check out.

We needed an early check-in and they were very accommodating. Beds were comfy, and breakfast was great, too!

Great staff.

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The staff was amazing, the hotel spotless and modern. Was a short but fabulous overnight stay.

Pool was great on a hot day

The room was really small, bed was hard to sleep on, and the shower door wouldn't close all the way so there was water everywhere after showering.

I didn't like that there was a lot of noise. People in the hallways children making lots of noise neighbors loud made it hard to sleep.

The staff was great!

The air conditioner was very loud when it kicked on. It made loud knocking noises right before it came on. So if you're a light sleeper like me, that is a problem. No problem if you're a deep sleeper. The mattress was broken down at the top, so our upper body slanted downhill. I'm sure if I had said something about the mattress, they would've replaced it, but we just slept with our heads at the foot of the bed.
