El desayuno es muy rico y una excelente forma de empezar el día. Además, la alberca está muy padre y cuentan con jacuzzi, ideales para relajarse después de caminar por la ciudad.

Nothing everything was horrible. I hated everything. No parking sport and they charged us. The breakfast was horrible. The rooms are very old and disgusting. To get up to the hotel is very dangerous and slippery. The rooms smell disgusting the shower towels are gross and old. The bathroom is disgusting. I rather sleep on the street then stay there.

It’s nice if has a pool a bar and a restaurant, breakfast is good The only thing that I didn’t like was that at the entrance is up hill and then there’s a lot of stairs no elevator

We got some bugs at the bed

Rooftop is nice. Some distance from center so it’s quite. The place is so old and need some serious update. It’s clean but everything in the room is old, loose, falling apart, the bed is the worst - it’s literally like a sleeping on floor board??? . Also No window - seriously only said that after I booked . The staff doesn’t want to talk to you

the hotel has very steep stairs the spa water was cold not hot

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

Didn’t like anything about it. The hill was very steep, there were so many stairs, every voice and sound echoed all night long. Rubber sheets on bed , shower door didn’t fit and water leaked all over the floor. Anyone that has knee or back issues should avoid this place; this is for the young people. We’re so glad we only booked it for one night.

The view was exceptional and the staff was very nice and helpful. There was a plastic mattress cover on all the beds that was hot and noisy to sleep on. I do not think they are appropriate for adults in a hotel. Also the first room we were given had a window but it was covered with wooden slats so there was zero view and it made the room dark and claustrophobic.

This hotel does not have a parking area as mentioned in its description. What they have to offer for free for parking your car is the entrance steep ramp. If you do not want to park on the ramp, you have to pay for a parking area nearby. Also want to alert that this hotel is not appropriate for people with disabilities due to endless stairs from the entrance till the rooms - no elevator in the property.

The location and the afternoon shift (including the valet) KUDOS to them!! The morning shift, the staff was rude, the lady from the front desk in the morning was rude, she didn't want to sold us anything to drink/eat because her shift was going to end in 10 minutes and we needed to wait for the lady in the afternoon shift (who was very kind/nice and professional). Also during the morning I went to the lobby to buy some water (because they change you if you bring your own water) and they didn't hand any water. Additionally they do not have enough room in there dinning areas for their host, I went down stairs for breakfast and the tables were full, after waiting for a few minutes for a table to be open, some tables starting getti g free but no one as cleaning them, after waiting more time I has to ask for some one to clean a table (for which I had to wait more time), while a person was cleaning the tables I ask if table he was putting the plates from another was already empty to seat on it and his reply was(in a very rude tone) "can't you see I'm cleaning them". Finally the bathroom, the shoer was It was full of tartar, old and rusty, there is no water pressure.

I liked everything about my stay at the hotel. The staff was awesome - every single one of them. My room was not elegant but it was very comfortable . I liked the fact that everyone morning a free breakfast was served which was delicious , in addition the one dinner that I ate in the restaurant was fabulous. The property was truly beautiful with one of the best views of GTO that you could imagine finding. I signed up and went on two tours that I booked through the hotel - one of Cristo Rey and another that took me to Dolores Hidalgo and San Miguel de Allende. These tours were awesome and I wouldn't have signed up for them if the hotel hadn't been advertising them. A shout out to Carla who runs the reception desk - she was so helpful and friendly and great- the hotel is lucky to have her working for it. All staff were super nice and friendly and helpful though ❤️ Since I am an exercise fanatic I was happy to climb the hills to get back and forth from the hotel to the city center - but a lot of people will probably prefer to call a taxi to go back and forth from the hotel to the city center bc it is a grueling walk back and forth. By the last day of my trip my knees were not happy although I am a long distance runner !

The view Everything was dirty in my rooms, my sheets were dirty my towels smelled like pee, my sheets were stained, it was so loud. Never again

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Nothing is good there especially the price $ really expensive for what they offer Well first I would say the bathroom was really dirty, the water and the bathroom was very slow running like really slow very bad experience having a shower there and the floor was mouldy.( really gross) The sheets beads were dirty whit a smell ? and the pillows not conftrble. At all.. so no I would not recommend it at all. And I would rated (0) and the rules they have there are ridiculous
