Casa Las Alamedas Guanajuato

Extremely hard to find. They do NOT have parking. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

No air conditioning, BUT I had a large fan and it was quiet enough to keep windows open at night.

The location is great, very easy access (2 minute walk) to the city center area, from the less crowded side. Staff still needs to gain more experience to feel more professional as a hotel. I'd recommend making some of those "do not disturb/please clean the room" signs so the staff doesn't have to knock on each room to find out if the guests want the room serviced or not. We were once woken up due to this, which was unpleasant. Staff was always nice and respectful though.

We loved the whole room from the time work to the very comfy king sized bed. The bathroom was very spacious. The location is amazing!!!! 5 min walk from the center of Guanajuato. A perfect stay. Also we were given so many great recommendations for food. It was crazy how good what the food that was!!! Every place we tried in the list was delicious and a great price There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Great room great price very close to everything we wanted to see

The staff is super friendly. It is very well located. Please consider there are stairs. It is mentioned about the stairs. But it is how all Guanajuato is.

The location was great, very central, and easy to get to the main attractions within easy walking distance. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for. There were 2 cockroaches in the room, one of which was on our toothbrush! When I paid the guy didn't seem to want to give me my change until I asked for it, and he said check out was at 11.30 which I corrected him and said no it's 12, which he then accepted. The hotel/house is connected to other buildings and there was a party going on until 4am which felt like it was essentially in our room so we had a terrible night's sleep.

Excellent service, the host gave a lot of recommendation, warm welcome, brought me to the hotel Only payment is cash, sound isolation is not good in the old house

The room size is ideal, very comfortable, a nice bed, and hot water. The shower head was in disrepair, and the check-in isn't 24hrs.

This was in a spectacular location near everything that I wanted to see in Guanajuato. The room was comfortable and clean. Value for the money paid was exceptional.

Very close to the center but far enough away to not be super noisy. Quaint 4 suite centuries old building in the old part of the city. Staff was delightful, basic accommodations. Close to everything. A bit noisy ( just like the rest of the city), no coffee maker but a coffee shop close by.
