Everything was great. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly and helpful :) -

I think the only thing that would have made it better would be a fridge and a vanity

You could hear every conversation going on in hallway very early in the morning. It was very cold & there was no heater but I was provided extra blankets

Great hosts, ample rooms. good location. great value. The rooms where pretty modern and comfortable. The building is not the prettiest and the street busy during the day and early in the morning.

Room was adequate. I requested a top floor quiet room 3 months in advance. Someone sent me a message two days before I arrived and again I asked for top floor and was told, "Yes, you have." I then repeated this when I arrived a few hours before check-in opened. When I returned to the hotel at check-in time the rude receptionist, Silvia, told me she had put my luggage into the ground-floor guest room right next to the noisy reception and that no rooms on the top floor were available. She then blamed her colleague, Chloe, for giving me the wrong information a few days before. She said other guests had booked the top floor two months in advance. I pointed out that I did so three months prior. She told me to just cancel, if I wasn't happy. I asked for the manager. She claimed he wasn't in the city. When I asked for his name she said, "I don't know his name." This stand-off lasted for more than 40 mins after check-in had opened until her colleague arrived. The next lady then looked into the matter and after another 20 mins she gave me a top-floor room. So much stress needlessly after I had requested well in advance and triple-checked. The following days when I made an effort to say "hello" to Silvia she just ignored me. Rudeness personified.

Nothing Rude staff. Room was very noisy. People had parties in rooms and were very noisy we were not able to sleep.

The staff was nice and the internet was fairly good. Amazing location. Free water station at the reception. The beds were very soft and our room was on the first floor right by the main road, so it was very loud in the nights. There was no fridge in the room which we missed.

Great value for your MXN! I liked the staff. Incredibly clean rooms. Quiet at night. Only one km from the heart of the city!

Big and clean room. Huge bed. Good wifi. Nice location. I had to carry all luggages over two steep stairs. No elevators or staff. Receptionists don't even know a word in any language other than Spanish.

Room 32 was the best!! Best view,balcony and all around nice. It was cool when we went(jan 1-3) and could have had heavier blankets.the breakfast was outstanding and delicious. The location was unbelievable with only a few feet from thw basilica. Would definitely stay here again!! WE STAYED AY HOTEL SANTA REGINA,NOT REAL DE.LEYENDAS In one of the rooms,the tv wasnt changing channels. Addressed to front office but nothing was done HOTEL SANTA REGINA!!! WE STAYED AT HOTEL SANTA REGINA BECAUSE THE OTHER HOTEL WAS CLOSED DUE TO PANDEMIC
