It was a nice place with friendly staff. The parking was not a great scenario, but was understandable due to the location . From like 10-11 pm there seemed to be a dog gang getting crazy outside and barking alot nit the hotels fault by any means just a pre warning .

I liked that it was super comfortable, the room i got was nice, the facilities were nice as well The parking lot is a bit chaotic, but not bad, it serves its purpose

This place was great, the breakfast was awesome, and the staff was super helpful. Even though the location is a lil' far from downtown, they were super helpful to get us a taxi to downtown (pro tip - the fares were better than Uber and super safe). We were in a high season (Dia de Muertos Weekend) and the quality of the service was great (even though we saw that the place was completely booked)

Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Had everything that we needed. Nice view from balcony I guess it is more about the guests than the hotel. Everyone is load when walking late in the public area and you need to wait for the loud obes to go to bed before you can sleep

Beautiful hotel, loved the tiling and the deck. It has an amazing view with tons of hummingbirds joining you while you sit. The hotel is run really well, with kind and helpful staff whenever you need them. The rooms were spotless and cleaned multiple times throughout our stay. Would definitely return! Expect a bit of a walk to the center. The roads were very safe and accessible, so this wasn't an issue.

It’s a beautiful hotel which is run by the owners. Everyone is very friendly and attentive, and it feels very safe. The hotel itself is full of beautiful details, very Mexican. We were very impressed by the love the owners put into the decoration. We stayed in a room with king size bed and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was extremely good, would love to have such a shower at home ;) By taxi it’s between 70-90 pesos to the historical center and it takes less than 10min. We came by car but decided to leave it in the Hotel’s parking lot and moved by taxi instead. The terrace is beautiful, too, and the food they serve on the terrace is delicious! They prepared the chilaquiles for us without any meat/animal product as we’re vegan and instead of the meat they added grilled veggies on top. Was delicious! We can highly recommend staying here. The room was very cold, I was freezing all the time. I can imagine that it’s great to stay there in summer but during the current season it was simply too cold for me. Would be nice if they would have at least some small electric heaters and thicker blankets in the rooms. Please note that I didn’t ask for any of this so perhaps the hotel is able to provide some on request.

The hotel's location was in a neighborhood on a hill: a car is necessary or there will be a lot of stairs to go up or down to visit the city's historical area. The commerce is very limited and does not go beyond the basics in the hotel's neighborhood. The bathroom is small, and the shower had little water.

Bed is small for two adults and room quite tight. But lots of space on common balcony

The hotel is very basic, the room is super small. The location is high on the hill, it was complicated to reach the hotel and get inside the parking. I would not recommend this hotel if you are not a very capable driver. High in the hill. Construction is right in front of the hotel so it gets really noisy in the morning.

The location is not inside the town. It's a good place to stay if you have a car. The roof is fantastic, but no breakfast was concluded. A big dog was always around us in the park.

the place is nice, staff is very kind and helpful and the food is great. the hotel is very clean and you get hot water and wifi all day without any issues the location is not the best. I was expecting better view but is not great.

We had booked a room of “60m2 with a sitting area”. What we got was a room of barely 15m2. Neither the hotel nor booking.com to was ready to assume any responsibility. I’d call that a fraud.

Friendly and helpful people. Nice breakfast on the terras with a view on the city. Verry beautiful interior, modern and still very colorfully mexican. Spotless clean everywhere.

Great place with beautiful view

Perfect location! The staff was awesome ¿¿.I would definitely return to this Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone for their stay in this beautiful city!!!
