The staff were amazing here they went over and above to help us here for our 1 night stay.

Room is very spacious and the cleaning lady was very nice. The elevator is quite slow.

Very responsive and nice front desk team. Corrected the overcharge for stay very quickly. Room and bed were comfy. Location can be a pro and a con dependent on weather. Close walk to the 3 and 1 line and shopping malls. However, on hotter days, the walk does feel a little farther than it needs to be. Multiple other businesses use the lower levels, thus making elevator waits a lot longer. Positioning of toilet and shower is not ideal. Feels very cramped when using the toilet. Awkward turn to get into shower. My knees touch the front wall when using the toilet, and I'm an average asian male height.

The people are really welcoming and willing to help there, the room is really big and well-equipped. Nice experience.

Room was ok. Location was good as it is near a good shopping centre and the Metro, eventhough initially it was not easy to find as the entrance is hidden from the main road. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a slight cigarette smell eventhough we requested for a non-smoking room. Perhaps it was but again there were guests who smoked earlier. Breakfast was reasonable.

The staff is very helpful and very nice. They are attentive to all our needs and very knowledgeable. Everything is well arranged and well explained. Latest Check out timing is at 2pm, Which is super awesome. Room is spacious and is well equipped with everything required. Location is very good too!!! Not too close to the main road yet close to prime shopping district (tian he area). We had a great time staying at this hotel. Super Value for money! Interior might look a little retro/not very new but it’s fine! They change the sheets and do house keeping everyday. Love it! Nothing

room was good, bathroom, spacious and cleaned. Bed was AMAZING! entrance hard to find and location was not horrible but you can find SO MUCH BETTER direct line from the airport.
