I really love the front desk staffs as they are very helpful to me. I usually ask them for directions of places I’m going to. And they have been such accommodating! Even though they don’t speak English. They didn’t hesitate to pull out their phones and try to communicate with me and attend to my need as much as possible. And they always smile ? I stayed for 5 days and every time I will ask for a make up room the housekeeping never changed my pillowcase and blanket case. I can still smell the smoke from the last person who stayed in my room. I would highly recommend if they can able to have a non smoking room especially for travelers like me who don’t smoke. And the last room I stayed the air conditioning was loud. It will wake me up in the middle of the night.
