Staff tried their best to assist though communication was a challenge Room with strong smoke smell, you can hear water flow when the neiba flush their toilet, strong AC outside the room that makes the rooms very cold Room without windows

Location was great and easy to find. Good restaurants nearby. The room they allocated was awful... broken shower head, really bad bathroom layout, stains on the walls and worst of all, a mattress in really bad condition. I had to request a room change and the staff were very helpful processing the request. The next room was much better, however there's definitely better value at other hotels nearby.
