The hotel was overall nice, the room looked accurate as the images, it was definitely worth the value. Hotel staff were helpful with the questions and needs I had. The location is great! I wish that the room was a bit cleaner. Not hotel related, but be ready for a lot of traffic near the hotel, it is close to a really lively street with many things to do so traffic jams are pretty common.

Room ventilation fan was broken, they couldn’t replace it till we left, some noises overnight from outside the hotel like wild animals

The fitness center(gym)is full of people that don’t stay in the hotel. Too crowded and had to wait to use each machine. They don’t check if I’m a hotel guest even. I doy think they need to offer this outside service which makes it uncomfortable for the guests.

Breakfast was good, the location was pretty convenient, the view from the window was nice, the performance for Canton Fair visitors was great and free snacks were very pleasant. The organization of water, badges, transfer was very neat and easy to use. The power sockets were awful, they are just like deep holes where power adapter does not stay - just fall out. Especially the one next to bed gave no change to be used. The idea of shower cabin and toilet cabin is the worst ever. All sounds and smell easily shared to the whole room and to people you are staying with. Also it turned out that Booking prices are 3 times higher than prices for people who booked other ways.

We loved staying at this hotel! We even extended our stay a few more nights. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The breakfast room was really nice! It was convenient for us to be able to do our laundry right in the hotel since we were on a long trip. My daughter's favorite part of the hotel was the food delivery robots who would go up and down the elevators playing music and delivering food to the rooms. The location was good, not a far walk to the metro station. There were convenient stores nearby and restaurants. The rooms were very big, spacious, clean and modern looking. We felt comfortable here.

The police lady in registration counter was so nice and friendly. There were enough busses for cantonfair and we all fit in. Unfortunately they over sold their rooms. I booked 5 twin rooms for 10 people. They gave us 4 rooms. 2 big rooms with 2 single beds and one queen bed and 2 normal twin rooms. They suggested we go to two family rooms. Each three people. But, the problem was deeper. They were my clients I booked rooms for. Each two of them were in one company except one company that they were 3 people. I couldn't fit them in one room because they are competitors. So I had to stay as the 4th person in a rooms with my clients and of course I couldn't sleep on a queen bed with my client! So I had to sleep on the floor for one night. The next bad thing happened when they offered these rooms for one night and after that, they changed our rooms to 5 twin rooms and didn't take their time for us to come back and move our stuff ourselves. They just did it by themselves, even the safe boxes and when we came back from Cantonfair to hotel, we were ready to change our rooms but they already changed them and moved all of our stuff to other rooms. Imagin going to Dubai, then to Chengdu, then to Hong Kong, then to Guangzhou and you are so tired! Check in process took almost one and half hour. Then you have to go to Cantonfair and when you arrive at hotel, you see the room is empty. I understand this happened for cantonfair but they could at least do something in favor of us. Some refund, better rooms or keep those 2 family rooms for our stay could satisfy my clients. Our check in was also in 10 pm almost so you can see we were tired and they did have time to prepare the rooms for us. But this situation made my clients unsatisfied.

Last day returning shuttle bus schedule supposed 4 trips starts from 11 , they merged into 1 trip with delayed 40 min .
