Dirty bathroom. They didnt clean the room everyday

Location only No lobby , mosquite all over the place , multiple businesses in the same building so it’s not only hotel

Bed is good. Room is large. Very good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was good, staffs helpful. Rooms was meant to be non smoking, the whole floor has very strong smell of smoking. Staff was helpful, booked for 4 nights, but we stayed and paid for one night only. I made the booking on the understanding the whole hotel was non smoking

Location, helpful staff at registration and in housekeeping, good breakfast, general cleanliness and modern bathroom. One earlier comment mentioned that the carpet in the room was stained. In my room the carpet was seriously stained, although I believe it was vacuumed regularly.

Nice people at the reception. We were there when the typhoon no 18. hit, and they were helpful and extended our stay for one more day. Spacious room. Nice location, not far from Goungzhou's metro. They really need to work on different languages besides Chinese, sometimes it was hard to communicate. The elevator, needed to wait long time to come. Breakfast wasn't the best,and if you come later in the morning, nothing left.

Can improve cleaning the bed

The room was very spacious and the price was very low. You get more than what you pay for here. The breakfast was not the best but it'll do. Not a large selection but still pretty good, nutritious, and filling. That's good enough for me. After breakfast, the room was large enough for me to take a 30 minute walk back and forth inside the room. The view is great! The hotel is not exactly brand new but still very good for the low price. This will be my go to place from now on. The staff spoke English and were very helpful and professional. Only one elevator in use. Have to wait for awhile for the elevator to arrive.

I stayed here for 8 nights, and if I come here again I will not book for a long term trip. everything was good except the room make up. I admit I didnt use my room in a clean way since it was a business trip, so I received lots of samples. But the toilet/Bath/floor seems like didnt get clean at all. 1. Bath: My hair was always stuck in the shower booth, and the water wasn't sink properly. So during the shower the water was overall stuck in the bath-which doesn't feel good. I told reception but they just cleaned my hair only once, and the water sink issue was not solved. And the next day, again my hair was never getting cleaned again until I do check out. 2. Toilet: i think they never cleaned the toilet. I went back to the hotel only for the sleep most of the time, but toilet overall has public toilet stinky smell ..... it looks super clean from the outside so I think they also didnt clean it with any chemical or water. Bc of this issue, I dont want to stay in this hotel for a long period, but maybe 1-2 days is okay.
