Fantastically clean, the cleaners were fabulous and the breakfast buffet in the morning was small but great value! The rooms are really comfortable and has great amenities. Not all, but some of the front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They had no idea about some of the basic things we asked them. Even when one spoke Cantonese she refused to speak the local dialect with me and I watched her colleague reprimand her for not speaking Cantonese in front of me. Other than that, it's a great hotel.

The location is good. Near to train station. I and my husband stayed Room 602 pretty ok but the TV program almost need to pay then only can watch. For Room 603 worst. The room floor leaking and the floor made of wood all the time the floor are wet and it so uncomfortable. The room so small and the toilet so SMALL don't even can turn a round if that person size is little bit big. Not worth for the rate.
