The location is good, there is everything you need, the toilets are not clean. The staff are young and nice and want to help The facilities of the rooms are broken and old. I want to file a complaint against Booking.com. When I went to this hotel, they said they did not have my booking. And actually they cannot receive any foreign guests/customers due to the limit of their license issued by the government. And they said they don't have any cooperation with Booking.com and they are not partner with Booking.com. The staff there helped me to find another hotel, but it was more expensive and farer. But I had no choice within such a short period of time. I wrote to customer service of Booking.com to complain, but so far no reply is received. Very disappointed with Booking.com. I'm not happy with Booking.com. The hotel staff said their hotel does not have any cooperation with Booking.com and actually they cannot receive any foreign guests, incl those from Hong Kong. I wrote to customer service of Booking.com to complain, but so far no reply is received. Very disappointed with Booking.com.
