Staff was amazing and friendly, the hotel is in a nice location with a 15 minute walk to the metro station. It is equipped with all the necessary facilities and will definitely come back when in Guangzhou again. Thank you to all the amazing staff!!

I was here for 10 nights and I loved it. Very well located for Canton Fair. Great staff who is always very happy to help. Victoria was one or the many good hotel team who helped me with not only for hotel matters but many things to explore the city and local spots which made my trip very fruitful!

The rooms are spacious enough to not feel cramped. What really amazed me is that they are cleaned everyday. The breakfast menu is pretty diverse to accommodate the international population there. They will provide some juice and yogurt for free. If you are going there for the Canton fair they provide free transportation there and refreshments. Honestly this is one of the best experience I had. In addition, the staff is super polite and accommodating. I will definitely be back The restaurant menu could be a little more diverse. If you are staying there for more than a week you might want to look for other options dinner wise.

Very accommodating with a late-night check-in. After Lan Wan cancelled our rooms last minute, we arrived around 4am, and Yao really stepped in and helped us get settled with no issues. That alone made a huge difference after a long and stressful travel day. The hotel ended up being one of the best we experienced in the city. The area is calm and convenient, with good food options nearby and an overall relaxed atmosphere. The room had everything we needed—slippers, robes, and toiletries were all provided, which made it easy for us to settle in quickly after everything that happened. Yao was the highlight of our stay. He went above and beyond to help us, especially given the situation we came from. I honestly cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism. There were a couple of downsides—there were some mosquitoes, and it seems that some guests do smoke in the rooms, which can carry into the hallways. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but something to be aware of. Also, one of the breakfast staff members made us a bit uncomfortable by staring at us during meals. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you want a place that is reliable, comfortable, and accommodating. The breakfast is great, with a wide variety, and snacks in the afternoon and a light supper are also provided, which I did not expect. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is a bit far from the city center and to the subway station. The TV projector on wall is not clear and hard to monitor.

The breakfast, laundry, gym and great staff are all the things I liked about this hotel. Also, the location is great for access to all the local attractions and events. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I will always choose this hotel when I visit China ,of course the services was so great. Specially head the of chief cooks..food was great breakfast...but I was happy with food for the dinner.. The food for the dinner at list it should be continental food not only China food..
