The space in room was very generous, the bed was particularly comfortable. I had a much better sleep in this hotel than I had in another internationally branded 5-star hotel I had stayed for 4 days before arriving at this hotel. I was pleasantly suprised by the standard of the hotel, this being foirst time staying at the hotel. The staff a vry younf and dynamic, proactive and always willing to go the extra mile. THe break fast at the hotel was excellent and was inckuded in hotel rate. The laundry area provided at the hotel were someone could do luandry using the washing machine and dryer was an unexpected additional bonus. So generaly this hotel offered an excellent vakue for money. The location is very great generally speaking, the hotel is close to old town. But the hotel is like an oasis surrounded on one side by some older not oo nice looking buildings. The carpet on some floors apaeared to need a bit of recleaning or replacement.

Despite the location in a very difficult alley to arrive by car, the hotel was very well equiped and the personel provided helpfull assitance. Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast and the kitchen/restaurant staff really kind and happy to help. Drunk visitor at night both in the lobby and the upper floors, too noisy, but it is out of control from the hotel management.

The location was good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean. Nothing special about the breakfast. Bed was too soft for peoples at our age.

new and nice hotel. have dining options nearby, and shopping malls are 500m away. It is not a luxury hotel; it is budget-type. if your purpose is to go out n come for a good sleep this is a good place. very crowded area with lot of traffic jam.

I don’t think it is a five star property as indicated on the booking.com page. The cleanliness can be better, you start to spot it as you enter the hotel where some carpets are bleach stained etc

Staff are friendly, not only receptionists, but also those janitors. Bottles of waters and tea in fridge was free to take which is very nice especially during hot seasons. Bed, bathroom, toilets were clean enough. Located in a busy area with walkable distance (10 mins) to several big shopping malls. Very hard to find the entrance as it's very unnoticeable, even local DiDi drivers, make sure you search on map with street view before you go. Streets nearby are very busy, electric bikes allowed to fly even on pedestrians roads, kind of dangerous, especially to kids or elderly with less mobility,
