Room: The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The facilities are excellent, and everything was thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. Breakfast: The breakfast was absolutely amazing! A huge variety of delicious food with many options to choose from, including different cuisines and fresh products. Everything was very tasty and beautifully presented. Location: The hotel is located in a very convenient area — everything is nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. Shops, restaurants, and attractions are easily accessible. Overall review: An excellent hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, and an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Everything exceeded expectations, and we had only positive impressions from our stay. Highly recommended!

This additional charge was never clearly communicated during the booking process, and it caused significant confusion and inconvenience upon check-in. In addition, I provided three different U.S. credit cards to the front desk staff, but I was told that all of them were rejected. After returning to the United States, I contacted my credit card companies, and they confirmed that they never received any transaction request from China during that time. This suggests that the payment attempts may not have been properly processed by the hotel system.

Smell of the hallway’s carpet in the executive floor. Minor renovation will make great enhancements.

The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with a wide spread of Asian and western options. The restaurant was spacious and the service crew were attentive. We stayed in a suite in which the room was big, and the room was promptly cleaned everyday. The location was a bit off. There are no malls or convenience stores nearby.

Room was great and bed was super comfortable. The Gym was well equipped. I travelled for the Canton fair, and while the place does offer a bus to and from the fair - with traffic the bus takes easily 50-60 minutes in one direction. Breakfast - there were a lot of options but I would not say that it is 5 star hotel level. Probably not even 4 star hotel level. It was not bad - don't get me wrong - just not 5 star.

Could not have imagined a more spectacular stay. Requested a corner room which they were kind enough to grant us and the view was out of this world. Very comfortable, rooftop pool with gym, sauna… Excellent amenities! Hospitality was up there as well!

The room upgrade was a good gesture when i requested for some 1 week extension. Communication barrrier atleast have staff that can speak english at the reception and the breakfast was not all that

Best-in-class concierge team. The furnishings were slightly dated. It would be better if the designated smoking area were moved farther from the entrance, as cigarette smoke was present and affected the entrance area, which was a concern when traveling with children.
