clean and nearby shops long walk to reach elevator if your room on the other side of elevator as it is rounded all over noise coming from road with no isolation a bit older than I expected small rooms and bathroom/shower

Everything is so good, especially the laundry room. none

The location, laundry and amenities. The carpets on the hallway look stained. It would be helpful to clearly label that breakfast is not included. Lastly, one buffet chef who makes the noodle soup does not look or behave very friendly.

The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms are clean The hotel is at the end of zhujiang New Town so the buildings near are old but the hotel is very good

Breakfast was awesome, however, advise visitors to go earlier as the choices for dim sum were limited towards 9 plus. They are linked with a commercially owned gym, gym goer will enjoy this facility while I enjoy the free laundry service. The staff was not friendly, not a single smile was offered during my check-in and the explanation was super fast, without ensuring my understanding. This is not the way for people in hospitality sector

I have stayed here for several days, and the facilities are excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to China. Jayden and everyone here are very kind and helpful.

Clean, spacious room.

Location, price, comfort and the staff were great. The table was a little dirty. The rest was perfect.

Just ok. Nothing special. Was clean. Bad location, everything medium. Too expensive for this level of pricing.

Area had lots of restaurants surrounding it, some with Michelin recommendation. Facilities were great and staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, having a good mix of cuisines. We got the local delicacies and they were quite good. Only gripe is that there was construction during our stay and it could get a little noisy during the day.

Staff of the property is welcoming and sincerely tries to help. Room is very good. The view is not great, as are the nearby buildings But location is very central, close to parks and business area with lots of skyscrapers. For those who are tired of chinese food there is one russian restaurant Leto with amazing food and service :) Breakfast is too Chinese. Please add some west into it :) Also there is underground line right under the hotel so ask for higher room to avoid noise.

Amenities were excellent, especially in love with the bed. Room service was prompt and courteous. There was also a lounge below for guests with free coffee tea and snacks. Love the stay!
