Everything was upto the mark. The staff can communicate in average English which makes it very helpful considering you are in Guangzhou and hardly anyone speaks English. Things are pretty well managed. Nothing to complain!

Good location, great breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff and satisfying experience. There is no lobby bar or relaxing area after fairs or business where you can meet. Serving snacks or a drink in the lobby area with very limited seating right by the front entrance is not ideal or inviting. The addition of a safe is important. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Rooms were good size, clean and good shower/toiletries. Breakfast was also ok, enough options Overall was fine, someone tried to open my door at midnight.

The staff are all helpful and courteous from the reception to cleaning staff to breakfast servers. One reception staff even helped to order food delivery on his phone for me. Concierge advised us on transport and helped flag down taxis. The room is clean and spacious. WiFi was weak.

Very convenient location in Tianhe district, close to restaurants, parks, shopping mall and other places. Although some staff don’t speak English fluently, they always are willing to help you out. The shuttle services during fair days is really good. Thank you again!! 100% recommend it.

Location is good They put non-smoking guests into smoking rooms that reek of smoke and have ashtrays, and claim they are non-smoking and refuse to assist. Sauce spill on bedside table when I arrived, 4 days later it was still there - housekeeping clearly doesn’t care.

Front desk staff Ms Vicky was very friendly and helpful. Hotel porter service was great too, a middle age gentleman helped to carry our luggages from the hotel entrance stairs. Breakfast normal. Location a bit far from nearest metro station LinHeXi.

Big TV in the room. Big shower room, can easily fit 4 people inside. The area is very peaceful. key card of the other room was not working despite several notices to the reception.
