Excellent stay beyond expectations! I was very satisfied with my stay — everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location: convenient for food and shopping, yet quiet enough for a good rest. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. The room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water and no unpleasant smell. The soundproofing was good — I barely heard any noise at night. Breakfast had a nice variety. Though not very large, everything tasted good and fresh. The staff were attentive and quick to clear tables. I especially liked the DIY sandwiches and the light desserts and salads. Overall, the hotel pays great attention to detail and offers excellent value for money. It’s a perfect choice for both business trips and leisure stays. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit this city.

Super convenient location and excellent service! The hotel’s location is extremely convenient — just less than 200 meters from Guangzhou East Railway Station and the metro. Line 3 can directly reach many popular areas in the city. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Check-in was quick, and there was another staff member offering different drinks and water, plus some snacks to enjoy nearby — a really nice touch. The room had a wide city view with elegant and modern décor. The lighting and soundproofing were both excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the attention to detail. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the hotel even offered afternoon tea, late-night noodles, and warm milk before bed — such great value for money!

Great location, safe and secure, friendly staff, held our luggage for us after checkout before our flight so we could still tour around. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is really nice looking from the outside.Could use some paint touch up here and there but nothing crazy really. The room (Lizzy King) was cozy and had all the amenities you'd need.I'd go back again if I needed to be in the area for business.
