Awesome room..clean and modern...brand new??!! Staff was a bit robotic..just doing the job. No smile. Location is good for metro but the area are big avenues and big buildings so there are no small cafes to chill or local atmosphere next to the hotel.

We had an incredible room, with a great shower, comfy beds, and the free mini bar was awesome. The laundry was great to be able to use while travelling, and the team accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and so much variety! The staff's English was absolutely enough to get by, and fine for check in and check out, but couldn't really ask for recommendations for food etc. I was surprised the hotel restaurant wasn't open for dinner, only breakfast.

the location is very good. Hotel é razoavelmente bom. receptions do not speak any english - I came to your hotel because I hve expeceted that was more international then the breakfast is almost just Chinese, and all the staff does not comunicated in English

Location, breakfast. The staff don’t speak English, or at least the person who checked us in didn’t. We were asked to pay for breakfast, but it was already included in the booking.
