The hotel is located in the old parts of the city and it’s a very easy to commute to places from the location. I had a lovely day at this hotel. It was very pleasant. I would say that pictures do not do this place justice. I was very happy about how spacious the room was and how much storage space there was. It was a walking distance to the park and I had a lovely day. Staff were very cooperative. I wish if the breakfast had more options, I have no reference to other buffets and China it could be very great variety in comparison to other properties in the country, but I wish if they had more international or simple dishes that foreigners are familiar with.

The sound proofing was really really bad.. we had 2 rooms, 10th floor you could hear all the shouting and cars honking really loud. 21st floor was a little better but still there are noises

The room looks large and upscale. The view is nice. The second day when I open the door I immediately smell cigarette smoke. The receptionist offered to move me to a higher level but did not explain well Why moving to a different level will make the problem go away as they did not seem to understand why this happened. I left the air condition running hoping to clear this drying the day but when I return at night the smoke is still there. Too tired to move room but it was very unpleasant!

I just wanted to let you know that you took my money for nothing, and it was only because I had an emergency and I was desperate to return to Israel, and you didn't want to pay me back for the nights I had left.There is a global procedure that is accepted all over the world for stays and cancellations, but you have made your own procedure. You are allowed to do so, but you have lost another customer.

First of all I would like to thank Madam Arora who is working on the Receptions Desk was very very cooperative and helpful I have not seen some one go out of her way to help guests Secondly the Cleaning Lady on my room floor helped me with the washing machine as all instruction were in Chinese she started the machine and when I was back from the Canton Fair I was astonished to see she had removed my clothes and had spread it for drying Third want to thank Ms Tracy to help me with my account settlement as I had to leave early due to some emergency there was no much Muslim Food for breakfast require some additional Food

In a quieter part of Guangzhou yet accessible to most places by metro. The wonderful service from Mona(Xiao Peng) really impressed us. Room for improvement in some areas of housekeeping. But not a big issue.

Close to local food spots and park. Short walk to local buses and markets. Comfortable rooms. Courteous and helpful staff. Convenient drop off area in front. Water pressure a bit low. Far from metro stations. Very small washing machine in room, didn't work well. No drying function, must hang clothes. Very busy traffic in front of hotel. Schools nearby, streets get very crowded when school is out.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful in every aspect. The location was excellent, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Although many people recommended staying directly on Arab Street, we chose this hotel because it is newer, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. It is only a few minutes’ walk from Arab Street, yet the area itself is very quiet and peaceful. One of the highlights of our stay was the room view overlooking the park, which truly made our trip more special. We enjoyed walking in the park every day, and it added a lovely, relaxing touch to our experience. The price was very reasonable considering the level of luxury, comfort, and services provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it Perhaps the only minor point worth mentioning is the breakfast. We are not a picky family, so this was not a big issue for us. However, since we stayed at the hotel for 9 days, we started to feel a bit bored towards the end, as the breakfast was not very varied. The dishes were mostly the same, with only a few items changing from day to day. That said, the main essentials were always available, such as eggs, cheeses, bread, breakfast cereals, and similar items. Overall, it was acceptable, but a bit more variety and rotation would have made the experience even better.
