The place is super old , faraway from the airport , the food that they offer for purchase is the third quality. The room is old , noise , the remote control are broken. It took me 2 hours to get to tje airport. Horrible experience Nothing

The staff are angry !!! Never happy !!! Internet just working in the entrance in the room bad very bad if u need same things like a boarding pass you an are in trouble!!! ???

friendly staff we checked in around 21:00. The room hadn’t been cleaned, with messy bed sheets and used towels all around the room. I went to the reception and complained, got a new key. The second room was even worse than the first. Went downstairs again and got a third key. Finally I could rest, after wasting a precious half an hour (we had a very long day travelling, all we wanted was to have a shower and go to bed)

Nothing. Was billed 520 Brazilian Riel when my reservation listed 420 Riel. Also, transportation is not available early in the morning before 6am. This is false advertising and I almost missed my check in at GRU airport because of this. I paid 55 Riel for an Uber. Most importantly is that I picked this hotel over cheaper options because of the free transportation to and from the airport. Other issues include me having to push start thier shuttle bus when I arrived. The room was infested with ants. I was never offered to have my room cleaned. I want a full refund due to false advertising and abysmal communications. I feel I was overcharged at the rate of 420 Riel. Awful value for money.
