The bathroom could be better, regarding installation and cleaning. Staff was very friendly the price could be lower when we compare a bedroom in a hotel in Europe and São Paulo with the facilities and all. Higher price for the stay, not pretty clean.

breakfast is OK. No kettle for hot water, I leave a email address for invoice, but didn't send me yet. luckly I ask for a pape one incase they forgot it. and they forgot it at the end.

- The hotel provide every basic things you need for a comfortable stay, good bed, clean shower, full breakfast. - The staff were great, especially Vitor and Sofia, good english and very helpful. The shower has smell of sewage and the towels and sheets are obviously old. But that not anything I can't tolerate. The TV has a hard time connecting to wifi and working though.

The room was very comfortable The bathroom floor was very dirty, I traveled with my daughter 2 years old and it was a nightmare to make her not to sit or touch the walls while I was showering her, it was very dirty and you could also smell sewage from the drains. About the food, we arrived at 10:00pm we only went upstairs to put the luggage away and went down to the restaurant at 10:15, the dinner buffet was served until 10:30, when we arrived there, they were starting to clean up already, before the time, and there was not many choices, the meat had finished, the food was not completely warm, probably because the employees had already turn the heating off, it was a awful food we had at the buffet at night, during breakfast, it was nice a lot of options but my daughter is lactose intolerant and nothing was labeled for us, if contained dairy or not.
