Bristol International Airport Hotel

High floor which was a bit inconvenient because the lift took a long time and also there were so many rooms that mine was a bit far. When I woke up I didn’t have electricity.. when I was leaving I realized that the card stopped making contact so that’s why there was no electricity… Also it was a bit far from the airport, so I wouldn’t recommend if you just need to stay overnight for your next flight.

O transfer ajuda, o café da manhã é bem completo. Tinham 3 elevadores, porém apenas 1 funcionando, no fluxo de saída para o aeroporto com mala de rodinha ficou alto fluxo e não era possível usar a escada por estar em andar alto, poderia facilitar também a identificação do transfer no Aeroporto, foto do veículo, informação de horário previsto.

Clean, organized, safe and aesthetically pleasing. I usually have a better time when staying at Bristol. This time I felt the food was lacking, and even though front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding, there was some housekeeping issues that led me to have a bad night of sleep (the room was set up for one person, my son joined me for the second night and I had requested more towels, pillows and blankets. I requested them three times and after 23:00 I gave up waiting, it never came).

The room was quiet and comfortable. The airport transfer was horrible. The bus had electrical issues (no battery, no lights, engine sputtering) but the driver decided to drive it anyway at night. The driver then decided that the bus was unsafe halfway to the airport and dropped us off at public train station short of the airport. I had to take the public tram to arrive at airport. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

Not sure if this is usual in Brasil, but the bed had only sheets and no blankets. Being winter it would be nice to have a blanket. The bath and face towels were stained. Couldn't use them.

Localização Não encontravam a minha reserva na recepção. Estava muito frio e não tinha cobertor no meu quarto. Muito barulho no quarto ao lado com uma bateção de porta no meio da noite. O frigobar era pago e não era barato, mas isso era esperado. Por fim, os funcionários da Latam monopolizaram a recepção e basicamente todos os atendentes ficaram dedicados à eles durante o meu checkout.

Food price is way to expensive

Very comfortable room allows for a good night's sleep. The hotel is a central and convenient location, very relaxing environment, with an excellent breakfast buffet. Service is great all around. Directions for where to find the shuttle when arriving at the airport could be improved. Also, there is no shuttle available from the hotel to the airport at 11am (just at 10am and noon). I'm not sure why that time slot is missing. I ended up using UBER to get to the airport, which was still convenient and affordable.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a great location for running errands before catching a flight. It is much nicer than a standard airport hotel, and is conducive to getting a good rest and relaxing. The breakfast is plentiful and filled with options. The staff are very helpful, which is greatly appreciated for those of us arriving tired after a long flight. The shuttle directions could have been clearer. I was sent a small photo which i was unable to enlarge and had problems locating the shuttle. I used the Whattsapp number provided to try and get more information, but did not receive a response. For breakfast, a few more glutten/lactose free options for people with allergies would be appreciated.

Very nice place

The room doesn't look like the pictures at all. There was no blanket to sleep on and just super bad thin bedsheets. The bed is not comfortable at all. In the picture, there was a blanket, but they couldn't provide it. No one from stuff help me with the luggage. The room looks like hostel.

Very polite staff, clean room, comfy bed, superb breakfast, relaxing heated pool and sauna. New electronic checkin at the desk is very time consuming. It should be possible to pre-checkin.

Close to GRU airport. Large hotel. The bathroom was disgusting filled with black mold in the shower and the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet.

Close to the airport Long check in . Poor communication to take shuttle. Staff outside of check in only able to communicate in Portuguese

Room was clean, shower was good, breakfast was ok. Noise. I was in 8th floor and had noise at 22:30 from the first floor (I think some kind of happy hour).

Everything was fine. It's a giant, busy hotel. You're not staying for the character but it's comfortable.
