Pool to small.

The place is pretty tired but served the purpose. Not much to chose from as far as pet friendly lodging. Fairly decent set up in the kitchen if you were inclined to prepare food. Beds were uncomfortable and wet shower set up in the bathroom is unpleasant but…makes for nowhere to put anything in the bathroom.

They provided a coffee up. The ac was horrible. The beds were 60 years old. Springs coming out of them. They were greedy and wouldn't let me get a refund I was so uncomfortable. I had lots of hope from the pics. .they act like your gonna rob a sheet or pillow. No thanks . Not very helpful. You get what you paid for. Can't smoke even a vape outside . You have to do a room inventory before you check in and count everything

They charged me a higher price than the total price of booking.com without exemption. This wasn't mentioned at the time I made my reservation, I assume booking don't know about this property charging extra money not agreed in the contract between booking and the client

Friendly staff. Swimming was always COLD, unable to use it. The smell from people cooking food next door. Poor ventilation on the room. Room was tight but a good value and 80% comfortable

Too much noise

To much noise you can hear everything in you room plus a noise like they dragging something terrible noise no rest

The courtyard area was very nice and always kept clean. It also provided a nice community feel which made it easy to get to know other people staying at the hotel. The room was not cleaned on a regular basis. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, two of our days staying there. There was no hot water for showering, The toilet seat was so flimsy that I could not sit down on it, cooking utensils were barely adequate for making a basic meal. The kitchen sink faucet did not work. Most days we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper at the front office.

We loved the location and proximity to restaurants and the beach without being too close to the noise. The courtyard was really nice to enjoy dinner or drinks in a quiet atmosphere. The pool was small, but very refreshing and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always attentive. But they also respected our privacy so they let us know they were available, but did not bother us. I felt that the beds were very uncomfortable. Our room felt small. And the amenities were pretty limited. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. There was one soap dispenser but I don’t know if it was hand soap or body wash? Even though the climate is warm, there were no blankets in the room, only a sheet and a very thin bedspread. It was quiet most of the time, but one night a huge bus arrived with what appeared to be several dozens of people arriving from a tour or something. They were extremely noisy. It was only one night so it wasn’t that bad.

With fees it was affordable. It was very very small! Beds were not comfortable, some stuff was not working.

We loved the quaintness of the building. It's quite "traditional" and very lovely Nothing to dislike. It was all nice

nothing the rooms were disgusting, dirty ,the location was about six blocks from the beach in a dark secluded area it was old and very run down not even close to worth the dollar amount

The facility was very kept very clean. The location was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was too close to the pool, so quite noisy when the children were playing and having fun. We could have used a coffee maker and a toaster. Kitchen was pretty basic, we could have also used some butter knives.

The staff and owner are awesome! And the location Booking.com!!! Did not include taxes!! Approximately 3000 pesos extra!! Also it would have been nice to know we would have to pay all the rent as soon as we got there and we had to move rooms twice. I don't know why
