Very Nice. Everything within walking distance.

Nice place. I like the second pool which is just outside my door. Not sure when they add the new rooms if those residents will be sharing this pool. It did get busy sometimes 20 people in it. I had another room booked for an additional 12 days, but they were able to let me stay in the bungalow for the duration. The lights at night in the parking lot tend to light up my room.

It's mainly a place for Mexican families, all of them wonderful people and good families. And some great Canadians, too! I'm from the US. I really liked it. It's a wonderful and healthy environment. The staff is superb, and the camaristas always there to make sure I was happy and that things were clean. The room was spotless, the AC awesome, the bed firm and comfy, and I would definitely stay there again. (My big regret was not having my camera ready when Cacique Mexicanas (birds) were circling around the property.) No complaints.

The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable and the furniture was somewhat old also, the wifi doesn't work very well.

The staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to items that needed attention. Location was pretty good. The whole layout of the property was well spaced out and very enjoyable. The bungalows could use more appliances like a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and toaster oven or oven. The pots and pans can also be replaced. I wish the rooms had a separate living room.

The staff were amazing. Every single one of them always said hi I put a smile on their face. Anything that needed attention was done right away. I’ve never had such a great service anywhere I’ve been. They’re always working trying to improve the place. We were very thankful and lucky to get a suite there. I really can’t think of anything.

Bed

It was such a pleasure to stay at this property. You can see the owner and staff cares and make it special. Super friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools. Walking distance to beach, eateries and shops. We stayed in unit 19 (lots of stairs, but worth it) with lovely balcony with partial sea view. We will be back!

You get exactly what you pay for. The staff does a great job. The pools were sometimes very crowded and at times noisy.

We had to go numerous times to the office to ask for things We understand is was Easter holiday season but there was minimal customer service

Great location a bit quieter than some A bit better equipped kitchen would be nice. Stayed in the 4 storey building with separate pool.

The staff and grounds were very nice and well kept There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

I saw roaches, was a little too crowded for me. Felt like I was at a camp site on a fourth of July. Too many people in the pool area.
