Clean, warm water in room and pool,great location surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies,kiosko and oxxo stores Cats..there is an area by outdoor tables where they do their business and the odor is bad

The property was close to the pool maybe two blocks away, it was near many stores so everything was close by and the staff was very helpful I enjoyed my stay here.

Everything about the hotel was great…we just didn’t like Guayabitos.

Good location in main part of town. The room was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no window treatments so the room got very bright in the morning. Since it was essentially on the main street, there were several cars with boom boxes going up and down the street in the late evening which were extremely loud. Also being a holiday long weekend, the hotel was full and there was a lot of noise from guests in other rooms, at the pool, and in the common areas. Lots of barking dogs.

Great basic hotel room, nothing fancy but everything you need. Good location close to many restaurants, markets and beach. Enjoyed being there with all the Canadian snowbirds..... Such a nice community feel to the place!

Entrance on the main street with hotel sitting behind stores, 2 blocks from beach, quiet hotel, lovely pool, friendly staff. Hotel room we were in needs some colour on walls, paintings would be nice. No elevator so we did alot of walking up and down the stairs. Be sure to ask for lower or second floor rooms. Be great to see the hotel spruced up.
