I payed for a ocean view and did not get the view and had false what was advertised and only received a excuse im very disappointed and dont wanna go back in the future because I paid extra for a normal room that was a view to the pool and other rooms on the app it showed me a whole different room then what I expected we also had problems with the air and was hot and the bathroom the water stopped working and when it did work there was no worm water and when it came it would be on and off

Warm pool, food was great, staff. Music was way to loud by pool, our room had some issues that were not taken care of. No place to put clothing. And carts all hours by pool which wa very loud.

This is not about the breakfast ! But we found the checkin. Not satisfactory, they were not helpful. We cut our stay short and left on the 19th not on the 24.

there was many different dishes served, something for everyone. changed every day of our stay .some of the fruit was not ripe when served. i did see what was not consumed recycled into a different dish the next meal . which shows they are creative and helping keep cost and waste down. lots of roll and bread choices the kitchen staff was very aware of the temperature of foods served safely. the fact that is it allowed beach chairs were saved by putting towels on them . the whole week i saw as many as 15 or more chairs saved, noone ever came to sit in them. it is a huge disservice to the beach goers that had to sit on the sand ,while chairs sat empty for those 10 or more hours. The beds and pillows are rock hard . attention should be paid to the many older folks safety in the showers . i am not sure if they have handicapped rooms, but for the general older people that come there ,grab bars would be nice

Specially the fact that the bathroom doesn't have extractor.

Food services! Not a great selection. No bacon or sausage for breakfast. Ran out of some food early. Food item not replenished quickly. No butter and if we requested some we sometimes were given some spread that was awful. No cheeses. Difficult to get just water at times. Staff was Indifferent when asked for more items. Front desk difficult to communicate with. Smoking outside by loungers often occurred despite the fact there were no smoking signs but none in English. No one enforcing this. Espresso machine at bar not always working.

Still have a good facilities The process or app to book a dinner. Doesn’t work for us. Even for the desk assistant.

The property itself was OK; however, the room conditions were disappointing. Check-in was easy, but that was the only good part of this stay. We were never told that the entire building had no hot water. I found out the hard way when I took a shower at night and had to use freezing cold water. When I called the front desk, they blamed a pump issue and promised it would be fixed the next day. The next night came—and still no hot water. Completely unacceptable. Instead of fixing the problem, they moved us to another building that was old, dirty, and smelled horrible. It felt like a downgrade, not a solution. On top of all that, the so-called all-inclusive food was terrible—no flavor, extremely limited options, and honestly not worth eating. This was a huge disappointment from start to finish. I will never come back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money—spend more on a decent room and skip the all-inclusive. The food in town is cheaper and far better anyway.

VERY NICE LOCATION, GOOD BREAKFAST FOOD, EXCELLENT STAFF. ESPECIALLY AT LUNCH/DINNER I BELIEVE OUR FAVOR WAITRESS WAS JOSELYN SHE WAS VERY HELFULL. ANOTHER HELPFULL WAITER WAS IVAN, IN GENERAL VERY NICE CREW. ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER AT THE LOBBY BAR BY THE NAME OF "YOLET" SHE IS A VERY GOOD BAR TENDER, VERY FRIENDLY AND READY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR DRINKS. MAYBE A BIT MORE CLEANNES NEED IT TO PREVENT SOME OF THE UNWANTED INSECTS, IT WAS AN ISSUE THAT I REPORTED TO THE SUPERVISOR AND ONE OF THE KITCHEN WORKERS ON SATURDAY NIGHT(11/08) ****** NO PARKING SPACE AT THIS HOTEL**** THERE IS NO RIDE FROM OTHER HOTEL WHERE YOU CAN PARK YOUR CAR.
