The bathrooms need a more thorough cleaning.

Good location close to main street, beachfront, good size pool with warm water. The rooms are a good size, cold a/c, good water pressure and hot water! After 5pm there is nothing sold on the premises, no alcohol, no sodas or water. So if in the pool or lounging you have to go to a store or look for something on the beach nearby.

like the location employees were very unfriendly, we misplaced a hat in the yard, the yard boy picked up and turned over to the office, we went to the office to pick it up and we were told it was not in the office they claimed somebody had already picked up. they wee money hungry. They claimed they had a buffet and they had the same thing for breakfast every day. also we paid for a balcon facing the beach and they were many trees infront

The food was decent but not great, but was nice to have an option.

It is clean , central & right on the beach . The bar drinks were pretty weak. The staff mixing them were just learning as the went . You couldn’t get a drink past 5 pm

The location, being right on the beach. Central to the town. Bird poop on lounges, should be cleaned off daily. Also some lounges need to be replaced as very saggy. In room towels need to be replaced, they are clean but very frayed.

Location ~ right on the beach. Good pool area. Nice dining section with well prepared and presented food (breakfast and lunch were included). Kitchenette was not very well equipped. (Absolute minimum utensils and only 2 big saucepans, no lids, no frying pan.)

The beach view was amazing and unforgettable! The staff was so friendly and helpful with my mom who was on crutches they helped her get into a taxi as she was sick. Staff is top notch ?? the rooms were super clean! The pool was nice and warm. Kid friendly. They also have an affordable laundry mat. Again Thank you so much to the wonderful staff ?? The restaurant hours are inconvenient more of the lunch hour. It’s to strict on the times 2-4 pm is hard to attend as you are trying to enjoy the beach. The bar hours are so ridiculous 12-5pm. Rules on wearing clothes no swimming suits or being wet. Was not ok as your there for the beach there’s no time to go and change just to eat.

I loved the sea view. The location is perfect. Loved that they have chairs you can borrow to sit by the beach. Love the shower to clean off the sand. The pool was so warm. The pool hours are awesome! The hotel staff are top notch! Clean and nice AC. Close to grocery store, church and pharmacies. Lunch times are horrible 2-4pm should run to at least 5pm. To strict on the portions not enough staff to serve. To strict on the clothes you should be ble to eat in your bathing suit as you are there to go swimming. Staff was not very friendly in the kitchen. The hostess was the only nice ones.

The location is great The staff is not very pleasant. I had an issue with a lady apparently she is encharge of the property I went to the front desk to ask for some towel for the swimming pool on the day of arrival. She got rreally sarcastic. Which is not a good. Welcoming for some body looking for a day to relax.

The good. The staff are wonderful. The location is generally nice, convenient, and somewhat clean. The pool was nice. Honestly, this is a decent hotel that, in Mexico, should cost around $65 to $80 per night. The listing on booking.com indicated the room had a coffee maker and a microwave, of which it had neither. It indicated a full kitchen too with a photograph. The kitchen was basically a corner with a cooktop and a sink. It had one fry pan and one pot, one knife, one spatula, and one ladle. It was ridiculously slim to be called a kitchen at all. For $200 per night I would have expected the room to be cleaner. The grout in the shower had several shades ranging from white to dark brown. There was a black moldy looking corner near the door. Immediately outside our room door was construction with a large black tarp and fresh concrete spread about. At times, the workers played music full blast right outside our door. The reservation included breakfast and lunch. We selected the 9:00 hour for our breakfast. When we showed up a few minutes after nine once, the food was almost completely empty. There wasn't any coffee out. Meanwhile they would normally open for meals anywhere from on time to about 15 minutes after the start. The bottom line is that the hotel is decent but over priced for what you get and the booking.com listing is inaccurate.
