Good location to the beach and local shopping Very dirty, paid for a kitchenette without proper items to call it a kitchenette as an example, no kettle ,broken mugs, no coffee pot no toaster.

breakfast was very good value for money and was delicious. The heated pool and jacuzzi were both outstanding, location and proximity to beach very good. Staff was outstanding even in the middle of a difficult situation. Not much... the building is older but in good shape and clean. outside benches or chairs very hard or non existent

The location, close to the beach and central to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very responsive and accommodating. The sheets were clean, there were fresh towels, ample hot water and optional cleaning every day. The building is old and quite run down. Some of the structure shows a lot of wear and rust, some supports need replaced. Some new curtains and a bedside light would freshen up the rooms.

Staff was very acomodating. The rooms were so run down, with no handles or locks on patio doors. We asked for another room, they moved us to another with same problems. We complained again and they started to fix things up. Putting handles and locks on doors, brought us a fridge and coffee pot.i have pictures of the light coming through the large crack between door and frame.

Nearness to the ocean. We requested a fridge and it came the next morning, as promised. Next time we would ask for a room with a kitchen

It's overall a nice place to stay, but in my personal opinion it's overpriced for what it has to offer.. the place itself could use a bit of improvement (the water in the toilet came out a bit dirty when flushed, maybe needs a new deposit or cleaned.) Bed sheets were a bit stained, no biggie but if you're paying for your stay you'd expect it to be as good as possible... Like I said it's overall a good place to stay, just a bit overpriced...
