Loved the beach, rooms always cleaned on timely fashion and could count on hot water any time for showers. Felt the rooms were roomy enough but very bare minimum and pillow on beds were extremely hard, felt like plastic. The staff very good, attentive and accommodating. The food was not to my standard but breakfasts very well stocked and many choices. Could count on good soups for lunch or dinner. However the biggest complaint would be the constant noise all day long, evenings and even during the night. Extremely loud noise all the time. The constant loud continues noise, music, woken up by workers at pool in middle of night.

Location, beach and staff were great. Having access to the 3 other properties was also nice. Coffee was not good. Room was basic, bed was hard and the sheets were weird, almost plastic backed. Water pressure was variable and you weren’t supposed to toss TP in the toilet. Buffet was OK better for breakfast and lunch than dinner. We went out 2 of the 3 nights for dinner.

Food quality was average. For Mexican themed evening would have expected a bigger "show" like a Marachi band to play. Dinners were all pre-plated and therefore the food seemed luke warm and not fresh.

The service they gave to us at the moment we arrived at the hotel was poorly and at the time of the check-in we had problem with the reservation and they also handled a situation with the payment really bad, which I think they need to be more professional and try to handle this kind of situations the most cleverly possible. We had a bad experience with how they treat us at first instance but then they try to be the most gently possible.
